If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would! John was both helpful and friendly throughout the sale of my Toyota Yaris. I’m chuffed with the car and it's been running/driving really well ever since I've had it, so I've got no complaints whatsoever.

I was looking to upgrade my car and came across a Nissan Qashqai online. I think it caught my eye as the colour was stunning and the price seemed really competitive. Since getting the car it's been spot-on and to top it off, it even lowered my insurance costs which was a nice surprise.

Saw the exact car I wanted at the right price online. I couldn’t visit the garage for a few days so paid a deposit to reserve it. It was exactly as described so I paid and drove it home (all the way back to the West Sussex coast!) Great service!

The service I received from John was top-notch, and he even stayed later than originally planned, which I really appreciated. His flexibility and willingness to accommodate me made the whole experience effortless. I was already happy with the car, so I didn’t feel the need for a test drive. That said, John did ask if it was my first time driving an automatic, which was a nice touch and showed he truly cares about his customers.

My experience with John during the purchase of my Ford S-Max was pretty much faultless. He went above and beyond, taking the time to thoroughly explain every detail and walk me through all the paperwork, ensuring I felt completely informed and confident. I’m absolutely delighted with both the service I received from John and my Ford S-Max. The only reason I’ve given Balham Cars London a 4 out of 5 is because, as we all know, perfection is hard to achieve, though this dealership certainly came very close.

Things are going brilliantly with the Ford Fiesta, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Everything was perfectly prepared during the handover and was ready to go. The car was in even better condition than I had expected, especially considering it’s a ten-year-old model. I was prepared for a few marks and scrapes, but the Fiesta was in great condition, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I’m so pleased with how it all turned out.
