The person I dealt with at the dealership was nice and polite, and I would use them again. I'd give them 4 stars, as I did have an issue that I had to get resolved, but other than that, it was all good.

They were great at Andrew James, they went above and beyond for me. They delivered the car to me and did a few other bits. I would give them 5 out of 5 based on this.

The guys were great, made it a really simple process from start to finish. They made sure the car was prepared for me before I left with it. It was cleaned spotlessly. Had no issues and the car itself is brilliant.

The guys were great to deal with. Very informative and took the time to help me to get a hard copy of the Audi service history as it was all online, this was appreciated. There is definitely a good spread of options at Andrew James, something for everyone. The process was fairy easy and made as simple as it could be. I would happily recommend! 5 stars!

I found Andrew and James to be unbelievably helpful and honest when I recently purchased my Jaguar from them. They were extremely honest and helpful during the whole process, which gave me confidence. Every question was answered honestly and they invited me to test drive the car for as long as I needed to. They even threw in a 2 year warranty as opposed to their standard 1 year cover. I would definitely go back to them in the future and have the confidence to highly recommend them to anyone else seeking a sound vehicle at a very fair price.
