The car's perfect. Everything's sweet. I love it

I found Balham through my finance company. I was looking for a Ford Fiesta and they had one in stock with everything I wanted, so they worked closely with my finance company to get everything sorted. I’ve noticed a small issue with the car when going over bumps which might be the shock absorbers or something, but I’ve managed to get it booked in with them quickly for this Wednesday. Their aftersales service has been really good. As soon as I called they offered me a choice of appointment dates and times, so they made the appointment for me to take it in straight away. They've been really good so I'll give them a 5 I think ☺️

I think it was Charlie who helped me out. He was a quite a nice guy who got things done which was pretty good! I’ve done around 400–500 miles in my new Peugeot 2008 driving around Birmingham and making a couple of trips to Oxford. Everything’s been perfect so I’ve got no complaints at all.

Our new Hyundai’s been good and it’s going well. The staff at Balham Cars were great. What stood out most to us was how friendly and knowledgeable they were compared to other places we’d visited. Although I wasn’t actually at the collection, my fiancé felt the car was well presented etc. 5-star feedback.

My old Nissan Micra was a gift for my 18th birthday so it was a sad day when she was going to fail her MOT. I absolutely loved that car, but it was going to be so expensive to fix her up it really wasn't worth the money anymore. I had a look on Autotrader and found the Citroen C3 advertised by Balham. As it's my first car in 10 years, I'm just about getting used to it now! I'd also never done finance before, but the salesman was really nice so he talked me through and got it done quickly and easily for me.

The Fiesta I got from Balham Cars is my first car and everything is fine despite a puncture. The service was fast and efficient when I picked up after seeing it at the dealership.

Done around 100 miles and everything is running fine on my Vauxhall Adam. I found the car when I went into the dealer, when I returned to pick the car up it was clean and valeted well, I would rate them 5 stars

Between the 2 cars I looked at the Citigo was the one I went for, it's cheap to run which is good for driving in rush our London. It was a quick turnaround considering I got new a battery and new MOT before picking it up. The service was very good with no pressure, I did feel relaxed as they answered all my questions. My friend recommended them, as her car that she bought from them is running smoothly too, I would return in the future.

My Peugeot is running smoothly. The staff are nice people, who got my finance sorted out quickly. I would buy my next car from them and highly recommend them for their service.

My Picanto is running well with the car being presented well to me, I would give them 5 stars
