My experience at Balham Cars London was easy and Charlie was helpful throughout the process. They were a good company to deal with, and I'd give them 4 stars overall.

The Kia Niro has not been too bad since the purchase, with a slight issue with the charging point, which i am going to contact them about. In regard to my experience on the day, it was great, I thought Charlie did a fantastic job in answering any questions that I had.

Getting on really well with the Ford Transit. I needed a van, as I've started doing Amazon deliveries. I found the van on a comparison website, it was a very positive experience at Balham Cars. I asked them about the wet belt, they checked and said it could do with changing, which they then changed for me free of charge before I collected the van.

We had a Kia Sportage previously, and we wanted the same spec and car, so we looked on AutoTrader and found one advertised at Balham Cars. The service was brilliant, and to be honest, everything was spot on. 5 stars, absolutely nothing wrong with it.

The buying experience from Balham Cars has been excellent, Nice car, reliable, and a friendly atmosphere & team. It was a straightforward process, the finance company found Balham Cars for me and told me they are a great dealership and have lots of cars, and they were right, they have also been great. Really happy with the car and the process. 10 out of 10.

I actually got this Corsa for my daughter and the experience has been good no complaints. Everything was great and they were really helpful when I phoned up and asked for some photos of the car. I did read the reviews, and they seemed good and they also had the car my daughter was looking for. five stars Charlie was really nice, everyone was to be fair.

I would return to Balham Cars it was a good experience, Onder was great. He shown me how to use the car when I come to pick it up which was very helpful. The Golf hasn’t broken down yet which is a good sign aha. Five stars!

5- I collected the car a week after buying the car. Charlie was the man dealing with the car and he was very thorough with the information I needed to know about the car. I am very happy with the service I recieved and will be recommending this dealership to friends and family
