We needed something bigger because we are extending our family, and to be honest my partner did most of it haha. When we got there, they tested our part exchange, there was a couple issues with it so we had to pay a thousand towards it which was more than we expected, but that's nobody’s fault really. Apart from that it was all good, the whole process was really calm and collected, they were really reasonable and quite quick to be honest.

Everything's good with the S4, my old car had done as much as it could possibly do so was just looking for an upgrade, BVG had the specific car I was looking for and I believe Audi are quite reliable. I’d give them a 4 out of 5 the only thing was it took a little bit of time to get seen to as the salesman was dealing with another customer too, so it would be nice to have a few more staff to speed up the process. However the way they look after the cars is very good, they're very clean and the presentation is great.

I would highly recommend BVG. Everything was great from start to finish and the car I bought has been fantastic.

The car is behaving well, everything suits me.

I initially found BVG online and the advert was very good and gave me reassurance to travel from London all the way to Manchester and they were brilliant. When I arrived they had everything ready and out for me including paperwork. I would definitely buy from them again, in-fact my son is going to try and buy from them soon!

All's well with my Mercedes from BVG, just waiting my breakdown of my receipt which has been chased up. I didn't actually go down to the dealership, I found BVG online and the staff were great with me and did a whatsapp video call to have a walk around the car, they were very honest about the condition of the car and I'm satisfied that I haven't found anything they didn't already tell me about. It would be a 4.5 star rating from me, just as nobody gets full marks.

Spending so much money on a car, it had to be the right one and BVG had the perfect grey one for me - I love it! When buying from them the customer service was good but the salesman was a bit busy but I understood, yet there was some frustration over the collection dates as he told me I had 7 days to collect, but this was including the weekend too. I was working away so couldn't get it on the weekend, but that was all sorted and everything worked out good.

I noticed BVG online and had a little browse, the Mercedes I ended up buying caught my eye. From that moment the sales were brilliant with me, they got my questions resolved quickly, they were kind enough to do me a new plate also as they noticed that I had a private plate which was so nice and this was on the car ready on collection. Since having my new car I have no issues to report.
