Everything has been fine with my car so far. The only problem I had throughout this sale was the tax on my old vehicle wasn't taken off right away so I ended up having an extra month of tax when I didn't even own the vehicle anymore. I did find this unfair. However the experience buying was very positive, Suhaib who helped me even stayed later at the dealership so I could get everything done that day. I really do appreciate him staying later for me and being very helpful throughout the sale. I would give my overall experience a 4/5.

Michael was brilliant, he was very informative and although it was very busy while we were at the dealership, he didn't make the process feel rushed and helped us out from start to finish. All the valetting work was done, there was a crack in the bumper, he got that replaced alongside the footwell that needed fixing, he did all this without any problems. We are local ish to the dealership, about 10 mins away. We decided to go as we kept hearing about it on the radio and they are a multishow car room which is what we wanted. Happy in my decision to use CarTime, would recommend them.

4- was a good experience. Bradley was very nice and professional.Only negative is that I am still waiting for the service history of the vehicle to be emailed to me that Bradley said he would but not received anything.

We have been getting on fantastically, my wife is back tomorrow, and she will be the real judge of how the car is. We went down to Cartime Bury from Scotland, we saved £3,000 on the car by travelling down, as they are more expensive in Scotland. Callum was helpful and answered all our questions and queries. 5 on everything
