It was a great service from start to finish. Jamie helped me find a car, called me and the same day I signed a contract. I had been declined elsewhere so I had little hope. He helped me find a car fit for my family with two small children as I needed a big boot space. The aftercare was great too! Any help/support needed was only a call away. Friendly, efficient team. Concept Car have been really good! I initially had a different car than the Renault Megane. However, I realised I couldn't afford it. Jamie was great and ever so helpful. Within a couple of day found the Megane for me and arranged for the swap-over to happen.

I initially saw the Citroen C4 Grand Picasso listed on Auto Trader and decided to have a look in person. Everything was brilliant, the Citroen and the Concept car. Gaz has been amazing, whenever I had any kind of question, he answered it right away for me.
