Loving the car. I saw a couple of ads and my finance company pointed me there. All good on the day. Usif was really good, he helped me out. I found it a quick process once the finance was sorted and I was happy to get the car.

I love my new Tiguan. We decided on the VW Tiguan as it is a good size and it's doing exactly what we need it to do, and my husband only gets German cars. The staff at LMC were lovely and very helpful.

Mo was very good, he was very accommodating and always got back to us. When the initial date of collection came up the car was not ready, I had arranged all my insurance to be changed over and he negotiated down the delivery price for me by half which was great! Mo was just very helpful throughout the whole process.

I have been looking to buy a new car for my daughter locally or around, we found the one at LMC and really liked it. The after sales service could have been much better because a couple of things needed sorted and I had to keep on chasing. I had to chase regarding the second key but that has been sorted now. During the sale we agreed that the driver side glass to be replaced as it had a few marks on it, when it came to booking the car in, they didn’t want me to wait at the dealership, as I live 45 minutes away this wasn’t ideal. When I asked when I could book it in for to be able to wait, they said the nearest date would be in over 4 weeks’ time. Apart from the after sales experience the sales experience was good.

The forfour was great value for money. Unfortunately, the car got written off however I am satisfied with the service. Overall, there could have been some aspects of the experience that could be better.

Absolutely perfect

Getting on well with my Jaguar XE. My husband brought them before, and the service was really good. I managed to get a good deal for the jaguar, and I felt like I was taken care of. Adam was also fantastic, could not fault anything from him.

Service was very good. I've had the Mercedes a couple of months now, and it has been good. Happy with the service and the car.

Really quite simple process. They were quite patient with me as it’s a big commitment so took my time. Ali was really helpful. The lady who helped me with the handover was lovey, I can't remember her name but made it super easy. There were some slight issues with the car but I took it back and they fixed it for me to collect the following week. They were really accommodating and went above and beyond.

Not been getting on too bad with the Ford Kuga. I part exchanged my old car and have had 2 tickets which I am in the process of appealing. The person who was sorting out the settlement figure was on holiday, so I had to pay an extra month on insurance, but other than that, the salesman was decent, and I would still recommend the dealership to others.
