I decided to purchase from Motortrust as they were a trusted company. The customer service I received was good, answered all our questions and were happy to help. So far, all has been going well with my new car.

Connor i dealt with I thought was good, he made it very straight forward for me which was easy to deal with. I needed a car quickly and the Audi was advertised which had the specification I was looking for.

We needed a bigger car for the family, so I got interested in the BMW X4. Initially we were interested in the Audi, but the BMW was more suitable. Not only that but I managed to get the car for a good price too. 👍🏻

I purchased my first Tesla from Motortrust and it drives pretty good, I am enjoying the drive.

From what I could see what was on display I quite liked the look of the Mercedes GLC. Motortrust also seemed to have a large selection of cars so there was backup just in case. Additionally, I received excellent communication from Ben.

Very good service, the Mercedes was convenient for me. There was a tear on the seat however they provided me with money to get that fixed which was appreciated.

I dealt with Motortrust mainly over the phone and it was a straightforward process; I have been getting on well with the Toyota. I appreciated the reliability of the service as it gave me the confidence the car was getting done properly.

Mostly fine service from Motortrust. I did experience a couple of issues however in terms of the battery on the Jaguar, that was rectified. Chad, who was my salesman, was good and helpful.

Louis at Motortrust was good, provided me with useful information I needed to know about the Tesla I purchased. I find the running costs to be way cheaper, more practical to run on a daily basis. Overall, it has been a good experience however there could be room for improvement for the aftersales.
