We went back to Pellon Motor Group this time specifically to look at a BMW X6 they had in stock as it was the perfect spec for us. There’ve been a couple of small issues (which my husband’s currently dealing with as that’s more his domain than mine!), but their customer service has been really good so we can’t fault them. This is the second car we’ve bought from them and they’ve always been great to deal with. To be fair, even if there are any niggly little things aftersales are always very responsive. My husband’s been happy with the deals we’ve had too which must mean something as he’s pretty tight — a Yorkshireman through and through haha! We’ve already recommended them to people we know and we’re really happy with everything they’ve done for us. That said, it’s got to be a four as there’s always room for more!!

This is our second time buying from Pellon. We actually bought a car around a year and a half ago after my sister-in-law recommended them — she’s dealt with them a lot and has purchased multiple vehicles for her business. We were made to feel really welcome and found out they’d literally just reduced the price of the car we wanted that day, so that was a pleasant surprise! They couldn’t have done anything differently so I really can’t fault them at all.

The Fiesta is actually for my son as well, because he just passed his test. He’s been driving it a majority of the time and he hasn't had any complaints so far. We heard about Pellon through a recommendation from my friends dad, who bought a car which is also running well. I think we would return in the future as he hasn't found any problems with the car, considering it was a cat S the work they done was good too. Pellon said it was a good deal too, but I was only paying for it haha. I don't think we were given a service book at the time, but will double check with them and my son to confirm. I would go 5 stars.

The Tiguan's good, they get a 5 from me. I know the guys are online but I drove past them once and went in, since then I think I've had like 3 cars of them. So I'd definitely recommended them going forward!

The Ford Puma I got from Pellon Motor Group is running well at the moment, the only thing is when it got really really cold the gauge cluster started flickering a little. It was -11 here having said that, which is pretty extreme weather, and it was clear that it was struggling. Funnily enough when it warmed up again it was fine, just worth putting on the record I think. All I can say is I'm glad I don't have an electric car, some down our end just gave up. I'm aware this issue is nothing to do with the garage, its just something nobody has ever really thought of haha. I must say for the money they produced a very good car. I would certainly go back, they were solid and I've mentioned them to people. I'd give them a 4 and this is being super harsh but if they maybe just landscaped it a little bit and gradually work on getting it tarmacked bit by bit or putting something down, just making it a little easier on the eye. Don't get me wrong it was nice enough, great value and it certainly didn't bother me, its just little bits to work on and doesn't make any difference on the car, it could just bring in more people.

Everything with the Focus seems to be fine, had a little bit of confusion at the start with low air pressure in the tyre, it was thought to be a valve but turned out there was a hole in it. But got that sorted put a new one it and apart from that seems to be going well. They guys were great they sorted it all out- I dealt with a youngish lad and blimey I cant remember his name, but he made sure it was a really really quick turnaround. I got it paid by bank transfer, and collected it the same day I went to look at it. I'd give them a 4 nothing is ever perfect is it.

Found you all very helpful from first phone call to visit and collection . Test drive was fair and all staff seemed genuine and honest in every way .

I bought a ford puma and was extremely happy with it. The car is excellent and the customer service was exceptional. I would highly recommend them.
