Having left a holding fee to look at a Ford B Max a few days later, we were called by Pinewood Autos to be informed the car seemed to of been damaged by a combine harvester!!! and there was no point in coming as it would not be possible to sell it. Having checked on DVLA a few days after this, low and behold it has been taxed. Previously it had been sorn. Hmmmm makes us think they had actually sold the car to someone else. Would of preferred the truth but obviously just another lying used car sales dealership. Wont bother looking at anything else here or recommend anyone bothering. Totally unimpressed.

Bought my car from Pinewood Autos, could not be more helpful. Even reopened garage when we realised we had left stuff behind. We had read some of the reviews about this garage, but went anyway to see the car. Had no problems with anything, very helpful.

They’re not interested in repairing this fault despite selling it to me with it. Customer service is rubbish, I’m taking them to small claims court

Have just driven away a very happy girlie in my VW Caddy from Pinewood autos, I've been after one for ages but couldn't find one with the right spec. I found this one on there web site and decided to drive over. Was greeted on arrival by the lovely Keith, the owner (who's a bit of a hunk) and was shown around the car which was beautifully maintained and very clean. Went for a test drive and after previously only owning small cars was surprised by how smooth the drive was. Keith then handed me over to Martin (dreamy eyes) for the financial bit. Managed to negotiate a good price, I'm over the moon with my purchase and will be back as they are keeping an eye out for a decent first car for my daughter.

A pleasant experience with Pinewood Autos. Overall I would say that they are nice people and more importantly I found the car i had been looking for at a fair price.

Pinewood Autos are dishonest. Do not buy a car from this garage as i did and ended up 1000's of pounds out of pocket as they sold me a car that was not roadworthy and refused to resolve my complaint by ignoring me.
