Everything was great.

V12 Sports & Classics were top notch. I will probably buy another car from there next year. Everything was perfect except there was a slight wait. I would 100% recommend V12.

We had a XC60 from the V12 Worksop branch, so we decided we wanted the XC90 Hybrid as an upgrade. The one in Hinkley was well priced and we dealt with V12 previously. The XC90 came with no fuel and the car wasn’t serviced. We traded in the XC60 and drove back in the XC90 on the same day. The staff were friendly and courteous.

All good, no issues at all. I went to the Hinckley branch as they are closer to me and they had seen the car we liked after searching online. Had a test drive and came back the following week and bought the car. Mo was spot on. He looked at the service history and highlighted the fact that it hadn’t had its recent service which I felt it should have had a service prior to buying it. Four stars due to the issue with the service and there was a clip missing from the parcel shelf but I phoned the branch and they offered to reimburse me if I bought one.

The Audi E tron has been good so far. I do wish the car would have been charged up before I left so it was ready to go but that would be about it.

Few dealerships I was looking at but V12 had the better car for mileage, spec and price. Harbinder who I dealt with was spot on, he couldn’t do enough. I felt I was looked after and felt comfortable there. Can't fault him at all. He helped me with the payment, talked me through the whole thing, legal requirements and everything added on. I was really happy. Their customer service was excellent. I will definitely go back.

The whole process at V12 in Hinckley was quite simple and went smoothly, the guys and Yaddy were good. Quite happy with the Kia Optiama, not had any issues with it. No reason to not give full marks, i would come back to V12 again.

We’d seen the car on Autotrader and identified what we were after. The Hinkley staff were good but there is probably a better way of doing things. I was waiting around for a few hours which didn’t need to happen.

I was looking at cars as I was looking to get rid of my old one, the E-2008 had good mileage on it and was quite large. One problem was that I was there about 4 hours and I ended up going home around midnight and I was a bit disappointed on the trade price on the I part exchanged. However, the overall experience was good.

My wife loves the E-208. The process at V12 was really smooth, the staff were all really good! When we initially came down to view a different car, it didn’t start on the day. We dealt with Sharmarke and he was top class, he pulls out all the stops to make sure we got a like for like which turned out even better than the initial car. Late on in the process I found out one of my old mates Mandeep is a manager at V12 in Hinkley, I’ll be going back there for my next car, maybe I'll even get a discount hahaha!
