Everything has been okay with the Mercedes GLE AMG I got, it is a fantastic car, thoroughly enjoying it. Rob did a marvelous job it was a totally relaxed process and if anything I rushed him haha. I got the car the next day after seeing it online and travelled all the way from hull! I was originally looking at GLC models however this car came up and I am very pleased I went for it, it is spacious and I have no issues getting everyone in. While at the dealership I didn't feel any pressure from anyone, they offered me a drink, went over the paperwork and that was that. Fantastic service.

I had been looking for a Mercedes EQC for a while and VR EPS were the closest dealership to me that were selling one. I spoke to Rob who sent me a walk around video which was appreciated. When I went to view in person everything was exactly as described couldn't fault it. I am getting a spare key sorted, just waiting on Mercedes to get that finished and then hopefully Rob will sort the invoice which appreciated. I would definitely rate VR EPS a 5 star.

Glen was a nice chap, very helpful and made sure the process all went well. I purchased a Porsche Panamera and I've had no issues with it, all really good. Glen made sure it was prepared and cleaned, I have no complaints.

Car was cleaned spotlessly for me when I picked it up, the staff were all really helpful and made sure anything I needed I had. I did have some issues with my Sat Nav getting to the dealership, however once I was there everything was fine, no issues at all.

All good so far. Touch wood it stays that way! Customer service was all fine, it was a quick turnaround. Came across the dealership while looking online for G-wagons, went to view the same day, everything was as pictured and described, nothing hidden. It was a really Simple process. nothing went wrong, the guy we dealt with was nice. Car was all cleaned for us before we left. Can't complain.

The experience was perfectly fine - there was a little issue with the sensors but they sorted the issue out straight away. The approach that they have is great - not a pushy salesman, really relaxed, no pressure to buy the car, they just let me look around it in my own time. Easy 5 stars.
