The BMW 2 series has been perfect, and so was the service from Amber.

I bought a Renault Kangoo from Wheelers and I’m really pleased with it. I’d been looking for one for a long time and it’s a nice little van that does the job perfectly. It’s actually better than I thought it was going to be for a second-hand van, as it had been well looked after and well prepared. Everything had been serviced as they said it would be and I’ve had no complaints at all. The experience with the dealership was really good as well. I went up on a Sunday morning to pick it up, which was really convenient for me because I work most of the time. The first contact was over the phone and then the rest was done through WhatsApp and emails, which worked absolutely fine.

Great van and happy with what I paid for it. Good face to face sales. Poor communication once deposit had been paid. I had to contact them for updates whilst waiting for a pick up date. I feel this could be improved.

Five stars!

All is good with the Skoda Fabia I purchased. Ben & Amber were both fabulous. Top marks for both of them!

Too many problems with the car

Not been getting on too badly with the Fiat Ducato since the purchase back in April. I think it was Tom that we dealt with, and he was good. Definitely five stars.

I'm getting on really good with the Toyota Hilux, I’m loving it. Wheelers are local and have always got a good range of vehicles and good recommendations from other people. Nice, straightforward and easy process. My family have used them before.

I went to Wheelers because the van I was going for had a door missing and the engine blew up. I wish id gone to Wheelers in the first place. They said it would be two weeks for prep and after three and half days said its ready for collection. Ive got a lot of friends who’ve bought cars from them over the years so it was a no brainer. Harry was the sales guy, he was superb. What stood out was his knowledge, manor, personality and he was on the phone to me constantly. I would recommend them any day.

I bought my last car from there and I was looking for a specific car which I saw on their website. I've had a couple of issues with the Ford Ranger but took it back to Wheelers and they sorted it. I dealt with Tommy, he knows what he’s on about. He gets you booked in if there is any issues and keeps you informed.
