The Smart Fortwo is definitely living up to its name. It’s a smart little car and great to drive! My mum is absolutely thrilled with it, which is all that matters. Onder, the salesperson, was a lovely person. Overall, it was great customer service, and now my mum has a car that’s both clever and cute; she is happier than ever! I highly recommend Balham Cars for a no-fuss, fun experience!

I used to live near Balham Cars London and drove past the dealership almost every day, so when I was looking for a car for my daughter, I knew I had to stop by. I am so happy I did! Recently I had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Balham Cars London. One of my friends, who has bought all his cars from them, recommended I check out their selection when I was in the market for a new car. After browsing their website, I found a few cars that caught my eye, so I decided to visit the dealership in person. John welcomed me as soon as I got there. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my choice, and he was kind and professional. Thanks to his help, I ended up with a fantastic new BMW, which I absolutely love! Great customer service, friendly staff and owners. I purchased the car from just one picture, and commuted from Sheffield to London to pick it up. As you can imagine I was quite worried. The guys sent me a WhatsApp video so I could see the whole car inside and out so my mind was made up and off I set on a one way train ticket. Arrived and bought the car drove home 180 miles with no issues. I’d highly recommend buying from Balham cars, a dealer you can trust.

My sister, who lives opposite Balham Cars London, has always recommended them to me, constantly telling me about the lovely cars they have in stock. I decided to pop down to the dealership, and from the moment I arrived, I was able to browse around at my own pace without feeling rushed or pressured to commit to anything, which was really refreshing. I spotted a Peugeot 108 that was in great condition, and the price was perfect for me. The car was exactly what I was looking for, and the whole experience was hassle-free. Everyone at the dealership was lovely, but I have to give a special mention to John. He went above and beyond to make the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. His friendly, professional approach made all the difference. I would highly recommend Balham Cars London to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
