There are the utterly accurate and honest vehicle descriptions, the superb vehicles, the excellent communications with Ben, but above all it is the respect and decency with which they treat their customers that puts them in a different league. They definitely go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. In my case, I had several false starts going to pick up the vehicle due to rail strikes and other rail problems. It must have been a complete pain for Ben, but he was courteous, polite and dealt with every challenge with common sense and good humour. These are rare qualities these days and in simple terms it made doing business with Ben and Lease Cars Direct an absolute pleasure. The car is far, far better than I could have expected and I have yet to find any fault with it. It is in absolutely immaculate condition, cosmetically and mechanically, and the whole transaction was dealt with in an utterly professional and competent way.
