I've had my Audi since July now and it's been a really reliable car for small trips I tend to do. The only thing I have noticed is that it didn't come with a parcel shelf but it's nothing that's too worrying for a second hand car. There were a few people involved in the lead up to the sale I think it was Alex and Emma; both were a pleasure to deal with.

My new VW T-Roc has been great! It's really helped since I moved to the countryside. Alex and the team were lovely to do business with. It took a while on the day but that's purely down to how busy they are at PCK which is always a good sign.

Initially I bought a Tesla Model S but had quite a lot of problems so had to hand it back. The team then sourced a Model 3 which has been fantastic! We've just done around 1000 miles through France and Belgium and although I had a little apprehension around charging, it's been really easy and the car didn't miss a beat! Kirk looked after me during the second purchase and I have no complaints whatsoever.

The team did as much as they could during the purchase of the Tesla and Lauren has been helpful after the sale.

I'm very satisfied with my Mercedes-Benz and the service I received at Prestige Cars, I'd be more than happy to recommend them.

Alex was good to deal with. I'm quite knowledgeable about cars so it was nice to just get what I needed with minimal fuss.

All is well with my Mercedes GLC so far. When I was applying for the finance they made everything clear and straightforward.

I always like to purchase my cars from a large dealer as I feel that the professionalism and aftersales is worth it compared to a private sale. Alex and the lady who dealt with the paperwork were friendly and chatty. Only reason for dropping a star is that the detailing wasn't perfect and I'm quite particular about my cars. I've managed a long drive down to Devon in the Discovery and it's been faultless.

So far so good with the Range Rover Sport. They were happy to go over the key points of the vehicle with us so that we could make an informed decision. All in all very good.

My Volvo XC60 is fantastic and the service from Alex and the team was brilliant. Even though we were late to collect the car on an evening when England were playing in the Euros they were still really accommodating and took their time to show us over the controls etc.
