From the first point of contact to the handover, he made the experience pleasant for me, and I can not think of any reason to lower their rating and give them a 5 out of 5.

My Ford Kuga is driving great. Oliver really went above and beyond, and he made sure I got all the attention I needed and even spoke to the manager to secure the best deal possible. He was professional and very helpful throughout the transition. Oliver had also sold a car to my friend, so when I was ready to buy, he recommended I give them a try, and I’m glad that I did.
