We came across Ponko online while looking for a Smart car and saw one advertised. During the purchase the service was good, although once the car was sold I felt there was no aftercare and the service did not continue. For that reason, I would give it 3 stars, as the car itself has been fine.

Cannot recommend Ponko enough. Richard was very helpful seeing to us and getting us seen too promptly. Heydon was very knowledgeable regarding the car we were looking at. When we came back to purchase the car Sam was very professional and great at explaining the different warranties they offer. He was also great at taking our old car off our hands. The car we brought did require a new flywheel fitted which they booked in very quickly and Steve managed to get all the repairs fitted in the day which I was very appreciated of. While they had the car they supplied me with courtesy car too. All in all Ponko are great and I couldn't recommend them enough.
