When I first got my Porsche it was a little hit and miss as I had a coolant leak, but that's been all covered under the warranty and now all seems fine. I did see quite a few cars I liked down there and I really liked way the dealership flowed. The customer service when I was buying the car was safe, Syed the salesman is good at his job. Would consider buying from them again, it would of been a 5 stars but due to the coolant leak its dropped to a 4. Overall quite happy though.

I was quite happy with the staff and the quality of the vehicles at BVG. The 5 Series I bought is all good.

I went to BVG due to there decent selection, I was after a particular model and specification and they were the only ones that had one in, and I've not seen one like it since, so happy days! I have had a issue, that I claimed on the warranty for, the staff were sound and sorted it all out for me, didn't have to pay any money. The part ex price they gave me was very fair, I probably would use them again in the future. Everything was Bang on!

I'd give a 4 only reason being is you needed more staff in. There ones that were in were quite busy and bouncing between customers, which takes away from customer experience. Everything else was good. Everyone was nice and friendly. Went the extra mile as well to do a video call to show me the car. When I got there the car was ready to go.

Everything has been okay in regards to the car, I feel there is some improvement needed on the communication side of things, as it took a while to be able to tax the car due to the details not being available, but if I was told this prior I would have stayed insured on my other vehicle and wouldn't have been stuck not driving. Apart from that issue everything else has been fine, car was cleaned perfectly and couldn't fault it I am very pleased with it.

Everything was perfect, the whole process went smoothly I don't have any complaints. it was cleaned and just everything was perfect, there was a delay on my finance but in regards to the car and the service from Shah I couldn't fault it. If I was to rate of of 10 I would give a 15 out of 10!!
