The Picanto is doing alright, I just passed my driving test, so this is a nice first car. I was looking for this type of car and Cartime had a good deal on it, low mileage and a full-service history so it was a no brainer. I dealt with Asam, he was brilliant and really friendly!

Car is running fine. I decided to upgrade my Volvo to the newer Qashqai, Cartime had the right car in the spec for me, it was a really simple transaction. I even managed to view the car and take it away the same day, so it has to be a 5

We recently bought an MG from Cartime this month. The car has been great since the purchase, I dealt with a gentleman called Asam on the day he answered all my questions, and the whole process went well. I would consider using them again in the future when I need a new vehicle.

So far everything's been good with my Nissan Leaf. The sales team at Cartime Burnley were also all okay, it's just that I'm still waiting for a replacement part to be sent on to me so I'll chase that up now actually. Still happily rating 5/5

My new car's running well so far. I did have to take it back once as there were a couple of issues I wanted checked, but when it was diagnosed nothing came up. The staff at the dealership were good and I’m happy with how they dealt with me during/after the sale.

I’d have no reason not to go back to Cartime Burnley in the future as everything was really straightforward. I saw the car I wanted, walked in, got the deal done, paid in cash and was on my way. There wasn’t any negotiating or back-and-forth so I’m leaving a four star rating of my experience. I think it’s always hard to call something amazing when there wasn’t a huge amount of interaction.

James & the sales manager (sorry I cant remember his name) was great to deal with very friendly and didn't use any pushy sales tactics. My Fiat 500 has been doing great, considering I chose not to take the extended warranty out. Its not a 5 star experience for me, just because I felt they were trying to direct me towards a MG, but I knew I wanted the Fiat. Having said that, it was a really nice experience with them.

Service at Cartime Burnley was fine overall and my new MG is doing well since bringing home. I have been back to the dealership a few times since buying and they have been very great answering all questions I had. for the right car I would buy from them again. A good experience as a whole.

The guys at the dealership were fine to deal with, and the Kia is grand! Things were a little messy when we came to collect the car. The boy who originally sold us the car was very good and informed us that he wouldn’t be working on the day of collection, but not to worry as someone else would take over. Unfortunately, when we came to collect the other salesmen weren’t too sure what to do. I was a little frustrated, but once we rearranged and came back again, everything went through quickly. It ended well in the end and wouldn’t deter me from going back if I was in the market again.
