They had the car I wanted with low mileage, 2-3 yr old. Vehicle itself is great but not received the V5. I spoke to the dealer and still not got it. Service was really good. I needed the car the same day. I went in and got everything sorted to drive away. Spot on.

Car has been absolutely fine. The dealership were meant to send a part out but i've not received it, however, the experience was great. They were pleasant, respectful Very quick process with a same day drive away.

The Volvo is great, its lovely! But I do have a couple of points of feedback to give, I am based in Belfast so was flying over to get the car so allot of the sales process was done remotely. and a few things were missed out on the run down about the car which was frustrating, I found there was some scratch's on the car that I wasn't aware of, which the dealer informed they would give me a refund for instead of knocking of the price which I haven't yet received. But other than this it was good and the staff there at Cartime were polite and friendly and I would go back again

Pretty good car, just got chargepoint fitted. Its my first electric car and finding the switch pretty good. Staff were great. Mo was nice chap who I dealt with for most of it. I have no qualms in recommending the company to others.

There's one issue, but I'm booked in this week to start it out at the aftercare centre, so hopefully, that gets done. I was kind of disappointed with the experience itself, I I couldn't get in touch with the guy I sold the I bought the car from and I'm a bit confused on where my V5c is up to, what warranty I have, but other than that, the car's fine. They they were sound enough, but, when I turned up after work the branch shuts seven. I ended up staying till half seven, but I felt like I kind of got rushed out.

I had a bit of trouble with the underlay of the car, but that's been booked in to the get all sorted next week by Cartime. But besides this the car is fine. When I look back on the experience I would say everything was straightforward with no issues at all. This was my first time using them but I think I would use them again in the future.
