I’ve just had a baby so I needed a bigger car, luckily I managed to find one for the right price and specific colour that I'd been after for ages. The only thing was with the warranty package, I thought I just call up if I need to use it, but I got messages saying I needed to register and the link had expired by the time I got round to it. Mo who dealt with us was really good and I couldn’t fault him, we had our baby with us and Mo was really accommodating, he went through everything with my partner, could not ask for a better service, credit where credits due, Mo deserves recognition!

I needed a run around for work and the Land Rover I found from Autotrader stood out to me. Cartime was very efficient. I didn't go and see the car because they are based quite away from me, I spoke to Michael on the phone, he told me exactly what it is and when it turned up it was what he said it was.

I love the Skoda from Cartime! I'm trying to work out what everything means inside but its so easy to drive, its lovely. The only problem was we only had about 5 miles of petrol left so had to find a garage to get home. I'm very happy with everything how it went!

The CUPRA Formentor that I purchased has been good, there were a few issues with the entertainment system, but I think I have resolved it now. The guys at CarTime were very good, they were polite and helpful, they took care of all of my needs and I would definitely recommend them. I will most likely buy my next car from them.

I'm happy with the customer service! The only issue I have is when it shows on the dash a service is due in 1200 miles. I spotted the offer Cartime had on the Maxus online, the price of the vehicle, 0% interest and no deposit is what sealed it for me. They were good lads and got everything sorted out, I've already recommended them to a few people.

I don’t live close to Cartime at all and they were nothing but accommodating for me, always asking me if I needed anything I can ask. I was interested because of the price point and the selection of cars too. The only thing I noticed is the colour of the back bumper and the front is slightly different to the car but I seen a lot of others have been having that problem too but that’s the only thing the customer service was second to none, Five stars I rate them very high.
