I bought an astra from keywise cars, it has so much rust it looks lije its been driven across a beach 7 times and 7 times its been welded, stay clear of this place.

I purchased a fiat 500, the car is a death trap power steering pump failed on the m5 it was so rotten it leaked overtime and seized up then I was pulling out of Exeter st David's railway station and I heard a almighty crack my front suspension had literally pushed through the strut top mounts. I've had to spend another 5k plus to buy another fiat 500. No offer of part refund on the car so it ended up being broken for spare parts and scrapped. I really wish I had looked into this more before I purchased but you live and learn I've also informed trading standards and apparently they have a list of the same complaints and issues and are looking into key wise so hopefully they will go out of business. What I can't figure out either if you look on their Facebook page the good reviews are mostly from the sales staff I recognised them, anyway you've been reported the car is scrapped and I won't be buying again

can i just say that i have taken several weeks before sitting down to write this review as i like to be fair and write things when i am not thinking with a level head. first the good the guys in the showroom were very helpfull, no big sell just here are the keys have a test dive and let us know if we can help. i am afraid that is the end of the good. now i bought a Volvo s40 from them after having a bad accident and needed a car quick, my first mistake. when i took the car for a test drive there was bearly enough fuel to get me down the road and back, but the car drove ok so i went for it. when i picked up the car again they put bearly enough fuel in the car to see me to the garage i was literally driving on the red. after about a month i noticed a noice when steering and found that there was a power steering leak i contacted them to take it in which they duely did 4 days later i was told to pick it up, i was told by the guys in the showroom that it had been the power steering pump and that they had replaced it, all seemed fine until suprisingly just after the 3 month warranty had expired there was a knocking noise when i steered and a high pitched squeal when it was in full lock. i then got my ususal mechanic to check the car there was a problem with one of the joints on the wishbone arm which he said someone had obviosly bodged to hide it, he also told me the sqeual was because i needed to replace the power steering pump, i of course said that cannot be true as it was replaced, when i was showed this he was right you could see that it had not been replaced at all. obviously not a happy camper i rang the gararge and spoke the so called maintenace and warranty expert, now i have been in the service industry for over 30 years and i have never had such bad customer care or a vagarant lack of giving a monkeys about customers, when i told him of the situation he simply said well we fixed the leak did we not? and yes the leak was fixed but that was not what i was told had been done and further more the leak had obviously damaged the pump and they had bodged the repair, his reply was he would have to check the job sheet and get back to me neadless to say 4 weeks later i am still waiting. in short it has cost me £600 so far to rectify the issues that it had. so if you like roulette then go for it you might be lucky and get a good car but you might more likely get a ringer that is going to cost big time to fix, so do yourself a favour and look at reviews of garages, and go somewhere else that actually does it right before buying or you might end up in the same boat.

I purchased what I thought was a decent low mileage Audi, I've spent over two thousand pounds putting the Audi right. you're handy work or what ever worked on my car left it in a dangerous state important bolts missing etc. Also an electrical multi plug left broken and was put together with some glue substance, I am now going to take key wise to court to recover my losses as I have been unable to work for two weeks plus recover my garage bill from Audi.

I bought a mini off them, my hand is in my pocket from day one. I've had it a year and just had it mot'd I've had to buy a whole new subframe, also sections of the exhaust, and welding to my strut mounts and floor pan. The mini is a right shed on wheels I hope who ever is reading this please think 4 times before buying anything off key wise. I'm stuck with it because I took out a finance deal.

I recently bought a car from Keywise Cars that I'm going to keep for a short while then trade in, Gerry the mechanic is okay bloke but I feel he's up against it, I personally can't wait to get rid of their car and move in, I had to fight to get £200 back. Would I buy another car from them no way. I advise people to take the AA or RAC with them, my problems will soon be over when I get my v5c and I trade it for a shogun I feel for others.

Bought my Mini Cooper from Keywise Cars about 2 months ago now, car has been brilliant and the service from them was second to none, would recommend to anyone looking as the selection was fantastic!

Bought a car from keywise. I wasn't sure what car I wanted but the sales manager was very helpful and helped me chose the best car for me. I've had this car a couple of months now and it's the perfect car for me. Would recommend defiantly.

I purchased 2 cars from Adam at KEYWISE, i had a couple of minor faults on the cars which were both rectified very quickly by jerry without any fuss at all. I will be buying another car there in the future, and wish them well. Surprised at a few of the negative reviews here but as we all no, some customers are impossible to please, IF YOU WANT A BRAND NEW CAR GO AND BY A BRAND NEW CAR.
