I love the convenience of the Mini, very easy to get in and out from other locations. It was the right car for me. My experience with Motortrust was a straightforward process.

My experience with Motortrust has been absolutely fine. The only criticism I got is that they didn’t have the registration documents for the vehicle. Everything else was fine, the communication was factual.

I love the comfy ride that comes with the Dacia Sandero. Additionally, Louis I dealt with was really helpful from start to finish, good communication from him. It was also my first time financing a car, so he was very helpful for walking me through that process.

Took the drip down to Macolm and bought the Corsa on the spot! The car has been spot on and I’m loving it. It wasn't really like a specific thing that made me pick, I just kinda saw the car that I liked and I wanted to buy from a garage. Carl couldn’t have been more helpful, he wasn’t pushy at all and he was the perfect kind of salesman.

I purchased a fiat 500 for my mum and she likes the color, it was exotic. There have been a few error messages, but I believe that to be related on the tech on the vehicle. One of the managers who came and spoke with us was alright however one of the younger staff we dealt with could have done with more experience.

Me and my wife take turns deciding which cars to buy a car and she wanted a Velar. I stumbled across this one by accident while putting my car through an MOT. Chad was brilliant, the whole process went smoothly. The Velar has been all good so far.

With the recent fuel costs I’ve been looking for a Tesla to go electric, Motortrust happened to have one available in Lancaster. The Tesla Model 3 had some issues I was aware of when I bought it, 2 front ball joints were placed under Tesla’s warranty, and the tires were pretty much bald. Overall, my experience with Motortrust was okay.

The Nissan Qashqai has been spot on. After we took delivery we did experience a few issues with the car which we had repaired and paid for ourselves as it wasn't covered by warranty. The guy who delivered it to us was nice and came across genuine.

Motortrust has been all good to be honest, no issues at the moment with the T-Roc. The main reason I went with Motortrust, was due to the price of the VW. They were very good on the prep of the car, they resprayed the rear bumper on the car however it wasn’t the greatest of jobs, I’m still happy they were able to do it for me. There have also been able to sort things to get everything across the line unlike other dealerships. Nathan was a bit difficult to get a hold off, however he was very welcoming and good overall.

I bought the KA+ for my wife, her previous car was the 2 door KA, she wanted a small car. The KA+ had nonfunctional air conditioning however they fixed it when I took it in. Carl was good when dealt with him while buying the car, during collection I dealt with someone else. The test drive went very well, I took the car and came back it, it was all very straight forward.
