Hi ask for a decent size SUV car has I have 3 teenage daughters and they send me a small SUV car where you can only fit 2 people in the back and now they are refusing to exchange it so I’ll have to terminate my contract

Dodgy dealership.i paid £100 to reserve the car NL69 TTV when I see the car it was repaired from front and back and bumper was hanging and one of the parking sensor went inside the bumper and break light was broke and 1 metal piece was stick in front tyre and they told me it just passed MOT with no advisories lol.i rejected the car and been told to fill refund from I done it and been told you will get refund in couple of days now it's been over 10 days they not giving me refund I am going to contact trading standards after this

Helpful staff when purchasing. A few problems with car took a while to sort but have now been resolved. Rating would be higher if I’d not been left with a drive covered in oil stains that I can’t get rid of!
