No complaints about the Jaguar F Pace, it’s getting on well. I was reluctant to take the car home on the day due to some dents and scratches on the car however we agreed to book the car back in after the weekend to have the dealership look at all the dents and scratches on the car and get them fixed. The process was quite frustrating, and it took a couple of days and a lot of my time, eventually the manager approved the work to be done. Fraser was great during the sales process.

It’s been a beautiful experience, Its actually my second car from my man Joe, I initially went to prestige cars last year in March to buy a car for my partner. Everything has been great with the Land Rover from Prestige Cars Kent, I loved the experience at the dealership, I dealt with James who was marvellous my only issue was he wasn’t there on the day and the person I dealt with in his place didn’t know about Land Rovers, other than that it was great I would recommend them!

Joe was great on the day, the whole handover process was very smooth, it was the highlight of my experience with Prestige Cars. The Car was in good condition when I arrived, it could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly, but I'll be honest, it was alright. The Velar is fine, I’ve had one issue with it but the warranty fixed for me within 2 weeks and its been great since then,

We dealt with James a the dealership, he was as good as gold, brilliant! The whole handover process was as smooth as its gonna be I suppose, we had to wait a bit but it wasn’t an issues at all really. The car was valeted and cleaned ready for us when we arrived. The Range Rover is all good, I can’t complain at all.

Overall, it was a satisfactory experience with Prestige Cars, When I first viewed the 1 series I was offered a part exchange on my own vehicle based on some WhatsApp dialog which was lower than I expected but I get that as car dealers need to make money. When I went down to view the car it wasn’t available to see which was not ideal as I’m based in Birmingham, so it was around two and a half hours’ drive to Kent. The car was in compound, and it was in quite a state, it wasn’t cleaned or valeted so I couldn’t view it properly. It was also parked wedged in between two other cars so I couldn’t view it at a satisfactory distance or angles. After a few hours of waiting there I got the part exchange quote at the dealership, and it was too low. After a few days the sales manager reached out to me saying they were disappointed I didn’t take the car, so he offered to honor the initial trade in quote. When I came back to part exchange my car I had to sit around again while the car was getting checked over on the ramp. The person doing the checks said he found some faults with the car and wanted to reduce the trade in price, I was going to leave but in the end, they agreed to pay the initial full trade in quote. The 1 series has been pretty good to be fair, I’ve not had any issues with it.

The Range Rover is doing very well. There’s one minor issue with the center console heating up when using the wireless charger, I’m booking the car in with a garage to have a look at it shortly. Ivan was very good, the transaction was very good, everything was beautifully done. There was a delay in collecting the car as it was getting fully valeted the car. During the test drive Ivan showed me a lot of the features and controls on the car as well.

They’re lovely guys and ladies over at the Prestige Cars Kent, Sam was very good even though he was new. The Kia Sportage hybrid is going very well, it did take them a bit of time to get it charged on the day, I would like for it to have been charged prior to the appointment. I saw Sportage online and liked the color and Prestige was local to me.

The Jaguar F-Pace is all good. Collecting the car from Prestige Cars in Kent did take a while due to it being cleaned on the day of our appointment, Josh was amazing on the day.
