My family member has used them many times before and he was impressed with their after care team and they are a legitimate company. This gave me the confidence to go there. When we got there the battery was flat so came back next day and it was fine. Harbinder was good, I did feel abit pressures at some times and made it seem urgent, I was promised a price reduction but that didn’t happen and was waiting around several hours whilst the finance went through so I gave four stars. Despite that, I have already recommended them and would use them again.

Enjoying everything, but It's coming up with an oil change, need to see if that been carried out. However, on the day everyone was helpful. I’d been looking for the car and seen it at V12. Took car for test drive and paid my deposit. Olivia was all fine. I had to wait a while they got the car from a different location hence the score.but it was a pretty quick turn around.

On the day it was alright. Collected the next day, they were adequate. I would have liked them to explain more things about the car but that’s perhaps because they were so busy. There's no tyre in the back and no pressure pump and there is a noise from the engine which is consistent, apart from that the car is spot on.

Kia seems to be all going fine at the moment. I did have an issue with the air con, but I eventually got this sorted. Happy to have found the car on google!

I’m getting on well with the Clio from V12, the people at the dealership were all very helpful I saw them on a advert, they had the right price point for the spec of the car. I’m enjoying it!

Going good with the Mercedes, I like everything about the car, no problems. I’m very happy with the staff and I would recommend V12 to others.

The service in the dealership was good overall. However, an offer was initially made and then withdrawn by the manager. After we decided to take some time to think about it, the offer was unexpectedly reinstated, which was a little confusing. I was also disappointed that the vehicle had not been cleaned when I collected it. In addition, the warranty documentation was not provided as promised, and I had to follow up several times by phone and email before receiving it. When I eventually spoke to a member of staff regarding the delay, I felt that my concerns were not handled particularly well. There was no apology for the inconvenience, and I was left feeling as though my follow-up requests were unwelcome.

The Volvo XC60 came up with a high spec for a reasonable price. The manager sorted the deal out for me in the end and he was fine. If the communication was better and the process on the day, my rating would be higher.

Everything was fine with V12. My friend told me that they were one of the best and the Kia was very good. Mandeep gave me very good service.
