Purchase went smoothly and I didnt have any issues, apart from the fact I had to go a couple of times to complete the deal as a car transporter was preventing an MOT from being carried out on the new car which wasn't their fault. The staff were great and explained everything to me well. 5 star review they have been lovely to me.

4. Great service. However I have 2 problems with the car that I need fixing.

The staff were excellent, Ahmed and the mechanic who dealt with me were brilliant. I was a bit worried at first because the dealer is based down winding country lanes so I was expecting a small dealership with about 7 cars, but it's actually a very impressive dealership with plenty of stock. I had a problem with the internal screen so I took it back to them and they couldn't figure out the problem so they said they would order me a new screen but it took 5 weeks to arrive which is why I've given 4 stars. I would still go back to them next time I want a car because I was impressed with the service.

It felt really easy going into the dealership,there was no pressure, and I got to test drive the vehicle, which I really appreciated. It was my first time at LMC Cars, and I would definitely return if I were to purchase another car.

I came across LMC Cars after seeing the vehicle on Auto Trader. They had such a wide range of vehicles. The best way to describe it would be a car supermarket. Paul, who guided me through the process, was brilliant.

The only thing that let my experience down would be the aftercare. On the day I picked up my tesla I was told by the salesman that if I had any issues within the first 3 months to call a number and the issue will get looked into. About 2 months into owning the car I noticed there was a fault with a bit of rubber trim and after calling up to raise the issue, I was advised that I would get a call back but unfortunately I never heard back. I did manage to sort it myself in the end with a bit of glue but it was a bit disappointing. The car it's self is fine and I might be looking to upgrade from the Model 3 to the Y.

Good service from Ali and his manager when buying from LMC cars. There was an issue with my documents but they went above and beyond to help me resolve. I would definitely recommend
