The car is great, and I’m very pleased with it. The customer service was excellent, with Gary standing out as particularly fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly explain both the paperwork and the car itself. Although things didn’t go exactly as planned, Gary handled everything efficiently, resolving any issues that came up. There was no pressure or hard-selling tactics, which made the experience even more pleasant. I was referred to this dealership, and I can confidently say I would return and recommend them to others.

The best part about the experience was that they let us have time and space to breathe. They gave us space, and left us to it, where we were able to properly inspect the car. In other dealers, it tends to be that they follow you around and a very high-pressure environment, but this was nothing like that. We had a really good experience overall and no issues.

I am euphoric with the new BMW. One of my friends got a car from V12 last month, and based on their experience I went down to have a look for myself. They explained everything to me. I told them what I wanted to be done to the car before purchasing, and they got onto it for me straight away while I sorted out the paperwork. Went for a test drive and then Laura gave me the space I needed to look around the car and just have that time to make a decision, without someone breathing down my neck. I had a little look over it to see if I could find any nicks and bumps, but all was good, so I took it home. And ever since it has been great!

Everything was all good. The customer service was absolutely perfect. They were helpful, knew everything about the BMW, didn’t add any pressure and just made it a really easy handover process for me.

John was incredible. He was very courteous and polite. He had all the knowledge, so I felt like I was informed to a high standard. I did do my own research before buying the car, so I had some pre knowledge myself. There was no pressure, the car was clean and presented well, and john kindly went through all the paperwork with me. Everything was up to a great standard. The Toyota was also fairly priced for what it was too.

No complaints from me. Really satisfied with my new A3, and V12 have made me a very happy customer with their customer service. They did all they needed to, and I wasn’t left with any unanswered questions.

Dipesh was very friendly and easy to talk to. He showed me around the car and offered a test drive. I have brought a car from V12 about 8 years ago, and it’s still not had any issues up until now, aside from the expected wear and tear. Which is why I had the confidence to purchase from these guys again, and I’m glad I did. There was no hard selling, and they were very straight forward, and thorough.
