Finally! After looking for a Volkswagen T-Roc for over a year, I was so happy to see one at Prestige Cars Kent and promptly arrange a viewing to go down and see the car. On arrival, I was met by Richard, who was super helpful, provided loads of information in regards to the car. The car was definitely in immaculate condition. I couldn't fault how it looked, both inside and outside. I was best impressed with the level of professionalism shown by this dealership, and the conduct of their staff, who have recommended you to friends and family as a place where they can get a car from a genuinely great dealership.

 Having been looking for an upgrade, I decided to check out my local dealership, Prestige Cars Kent, and fell in love with their Jag F-Pace. It really is a beautiful-looking car, and it has loads of additional functions and options, which just made me want the car more. The customer service wasn't half bad either; Josh was a top-notch lad, helping answer all my additional questions, and really did help throughout the process. He made it very simple and streamlined it for me so I knew exactly what the next steps were. So I just really wanted to say thank you and keep up the high standards. 

Everything is going great with my new Volvo XC40 from Prestige Cars Kent, the car is running perfectly, and is proving it's worth, decided to go for a Volvo due the brands reliability, as i didn't want to get a car like my last, worrying when will it next break down. In regards to customer service Richard was very good, his mannerisms, and how he conducted himself was very professional, he was super helpful throughout. so is very easy for me to give out full marks. 5 stars.

I recently bought a car from Prestige Cars Kent, The staff were sublime from start to finish, especially Alex. I found him to be friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy, answering all my questions. Even after having bought the vehicle, he has been patient and helpful in answering any after-sales queries that I have. All the team members at the garage that I met, including Daisy and Nick, were helpful, professional, and kind, and they just genuinely went out of their way to make sure everything was as perfect as it could be for me. The car itself is exactly what I needed, and I'm thoroughly enjoying driving my new Vauxhall Golf around. It's not often you find a car with only 5k on the clock at such a great price. Honestly couldn't recommend enough.

I was impressed with Josh, and I really enjoyed dealing with him. I had an Audi Q7 before and it was my wife that spotted the Mercedes GLC Coupe. She fell in love with it straight away. It is one of her best decisions, apart from marrying me, of course. 🤣

All is going well with my new Porsche; I am over the moon with it. The staff at Prestige Cars Kent were great, but the person that stood out the most was Paul, who was utterly brilliant. 

The sales guy James was a chirpy chap and did a great job! Very pleased with my VW Tiguan, thank you!

Joshua was fabulous. It all went well during and after the purchase of our Mercedes. My partner is not that technical, but Joshua took the time to go through the main features of the car. He even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was going okay. My son is now seriously considering getting a car from this dealership also.
