After initial purchase I had an issue with the handbrake, the guys got me in straight away and sorted it without any problems and quickly. I dealt with Salvador for the majority of the purchase. He was helpful and polite. I came across Blackstone while looking for a specific vehicle which they had in stock. I went to view in person and was pleasantly surprised that the images and descriptions were accurate. I didn't at all feel mislead. I took the vehicle home the same day as viewing. I wouldn't change anything about how the process went. 5 stars all the way.

I knew the guys at the dealership before so I would say they were already a trusted dealership for me to use. There wasn't any problems, the guys were great made it a simple process. The only thing is I need to get a replacement key, however they said they would reimburse once I send the receipt for that over so can't complain. Been using the car everyday since purchase and not had any problems as of yet.

Purchased a Taycan from Blackstone, I went to pick it up in person and it was all prepared and ready on arrival which was appreciated. The process I'd say went quick, and I haven't had any problems with the car, it has been enjoyable so far.

I was really enjoying my Mercedes — until someone recently reversed into it which was so frustrating! We’ve always dealt with main dealers in the past because we like having the backup of a warranty and aftersales support, so I felt a bit nervous buying from a smaller independent. The facilities weren’t quite what we’re used to but I must say, the team themselves were excellent. The car was exactly as described in the listing and they went through everything clearly and thoroughly. The only slight disappointment was that the car could have been valeted to a higher standard, but overall the guys were great and I wouldn’t say no to shopping here again. They also provided a warranty and AA cover which really helped put my mind at ease. All in all — four stars.

Blackstone Motors were absolutely fantastic! A gentleman called me within 15 minutes of me making my enquiry which was really great! I was actually quite surprised as it was quite late into the night which I found even more impressive.
