Cars alright. I was chasing the logbook with Cartime but no one got back to me which is aliitle disappointing. I called HMRC and it's now been sorted. I didn't find that was a good customer service, but the car's been fine apart from that.

The Tesla Model Y has been good and everything's been fine. Although it's my son's car, I've been involved with the purchase, and overall it's been a really good experience. This is the sixth or seventh car I've bought from CarTime, and I'd definitely recommend them to others. I've got nothing bad to say overall.

I recently purchased a T-Roc from Cartime and it's been fine. I did have a few issues but they have all been rectified now. I chose Cartime for the prices and would go back to them in the future.

I dealt with Abeed at the dealership and he was really friendly and communicative throughout my car buying experience. There was just a slight delay with the cars shipping which I felt was slight miscommunication. But what really stood out to me was the service, I felt like I was kept very up to date.

I recently purchased a BMW X1 from Cartime and unfortunately the car had an engine light on it which was not going off so I took the car back to Cartime who managed to get the light off. I decided to get some diagnostics done on the car which flagged a few further issues such as issues with the oil and battery. I felt that the customer service has some room for improvement and things could have been better explained, however the man in the service team was really calm and did listen to my story.

Generally the car has been fine and I am quite happy with Cartime. There was just a few issues which I felt should have been picked up on the service and I felt Cartime could have been a little more responsive in getting these sorted. I dealt with Moncef and he was great throughout the sales process.
