I would like to highly recommend thos company for a buying the car. Consulting process was very quick and pleasant, especially with Omar. He was very helpful, patiently explained whole process , sent several different options and advised which one will be more suitable for me. The collection of car was done nicely without issues , all documentation ready upon my arrival and car was clean and serviced. Highly recommend.

Concept Car Credit offered me finance online, they showed me a few cars, I chose the one and they delivered it on the back of a truck. I did have an issue with the car, but they have been fair in helping me with it. Sam who I dealt with was lovely, the team have all been great with me.

I did initial have some issues with some red lights that have come up but concept are sorting this out for me , they were most definitely good and quite responsive when I brought the issues up with them. Just all around good service throughout and no pressure whatsoever. It would be a five star rating from me in all fairness.

My BMW 1 series is getting on perfectly, I don't drive it as much as I would like as I'm away with work allot. The customer service I was provided with was brilliant! I applied for finance online, they got in touch with me and went through everything - it was spot on!

The person I dealt with was helpful and answered all my questions. I can't remember their name, but they were great to deal with. The Mercedes A-Class has been great.

The salesman at Concept Car Credit was good, and so was the overall experience. I'm currently taking the car into a garage they have recommended for a warning light that has come up.
