No messing about. They dealt with everything I needed them to and had the car I wanted, I couldn’t really argue. Car is excellent. I’ve used them before along time ago and I thought last time was good but this time was even better. The sales people there are really good, pointing me in the right direction and telling me what I could get and that was it. I collected the car after my holiday and it was ready to go before I was, all ready to go.

There was a bit of a fuss at the start, the car needed a small fix but it got sorted and the cars alright. It was a quick process to get the finance arranged. I was confident with them as a mate bought a car from there. Staff were sound.

I used them a few years ago when I got my first car so just renewed the finance. Nice and easy process to arrange the finance and it was sorted the same day. I did have an issue with the car but they got it sorted. I would recommend Concept Car Credit.

Everything with the Seat Leon Hatchback is perfectly fine, there is a squeaking noise through the dashboard but I haven’t raised that with Concept Car Credit yet, dealing with the dealership was really good no complaints, they didn’t make anything hard for me to understand.

My experience was great. All the paperwork was fine, quick process within a couple of days to get the car, it all went fine apart from the repair which im sorting under the warranty I took out. I would use them again.

The process was easy. I was a little confused over what was in the paperwork and this wasn’t fully explained to me however, I would go back as their customer service was excellent. The salesperson was respectful and it didn’t take long to get the car.

We were looking at a few different cars on Google. My partner has had a Citroën DS3 before, which is why we went for that one in the end. Whilst we were at the dealership, everything was good, including the communication side of things, and we are happy with the car.
