Reece was absolutely fine, couldn't fault his service - I was quite familiar with the features of the car but he explained anything I wasn't sure about. It was a good experience, I'll go back there for sure.

The car broke down and it turned out it was the battery. I phoned DriveGreen and they weren't terribly helpful so I had to take it to another dealership to get it fixed. I do love the car though, it's great. They were very good when we bought the car, it just seems they weren't interested in helping to get issues resolved afterwards. I would certainly recommend buying a car from them though.

If you are happy to bring the car to us we would be happy any easily able to change it for you, but if the travel distance is prohibitive the solution is to take it to the most convenient local garage as you have done. apologies nonetheless and we are really pleased to hear you are enjoying your Kona.

We dealt with Reece who was outstanding - really friendly, helpful and gave us great advice. We were guided to the car that was right for us not the most expensive, and all of the finance options and warranty were explained in detail so we understood. We've bought a couple of cars from them now - they've earned our loyalty!

I had a very good experience and we are very happy with the car. I really liked the no hard sell approach and the flexible test drives. I would have liked a tiny bit more info on likely choices in my budget and needs range but maybe that's just because I didn't ask! Happy to add that the team were very welcoming and very organised with test drives and final paperwork.
