The whole experience was basically what I expected from motor trust. I needed to thoroughly clean the van and there were a few minor defects that I needed to sort out. However, other than that I am pretty happy with it. When I was at Motortrust Lancaster the experience was excellent, Connor was very professional. I really liked his no messing approach where he just got the job done without any unnecessary red tape or delays. It was all very straight talking which I really appreciate. I saw the Transit Custom advertised online on Autotrader and it just so had happened to be local, have the right milage and the right price for me.

My new C3 Aircross was a good buy for the money, to be honest. It hasn't done a lot of mileage, and it came with a good warranty on top of It being serviced and checked. The staff at the dealership were lovely, the cars on the forecourt looked to be in very good condition and well presented. Nathan took me through the sales process which was very good.

The Seat Leon seems to be all good, I’ve just had the EPC light some on yesterday but not had time check it out, everything seems to be working fine. I saw the car online and quite liked it, it was low miles and newish plate as well. Connor was amazing, I gotta say he was great. He made the whole process dead easy!

We went down to Motortrust to have a look at a few larger cars. We initially wanted to look at the Kia Sportage, however Connor the sales person said, “if you for the size on the Kia Sportage, have you thought about a Qashqai?” we initially didn’t realise it was the same size and it ended up having really good mileage and being much cheaper. The trading the trading process was initially easy. However, we had outstanding finance on the current the vehicles that we traded in and we got told that once our vehicles were traded in, they would pay the settlement fee within a week. However, that wasn't the case. They didn't pay it until the end of the month, so we had to wait longer to get refunds back from finance. Connor was really helpful with everything, when my husband wanted to look at a Range Rover he was very open on the potential issues with them.

After taking delivery of my car I did experience some technical issues, MotorTrust were helpful in sending the parts I needed to repair the Nissan Note to my local mechanic, unfortunately one of the parts arrived wasn't correct which meant I needed to return to my mechanic at another time. I would of liked to of seen the original sales person on delivery and I felt some of the photos online could of been clearer with regards the condition of the car.

I am very happy with the purchase of the purchase, no issues with the Ford Puma so far. I've gotta take it to the garage for one thing, but they've already spoke to me about it and discussed how to get it fix at my local garage. When is spoke to the warranty people they said to take it to a local garage to just send them the invoice. Which is quite convenient because it means I haven't got to go back to the immediate dealership to get it resolved. We’ve been looking at a few different cars from a few different places and It just seemed to be what landed. Louise was great, he was very friendly and welcoming, during the sale when we had any question, he was well informed and answered all our questions. The whole atmosphere was really relaxed, and we didn’t feel pressured into anything.

I was after something comfortable to sit in and nice to be inside of. I had one as a courtesy car about a year and a half ago and really like the interior of the car and it drove nice. The one at Motortrust stood out to me because it had the right price, mileage, and it came with the warranty. The only thing that I’m still waiting for is a refund back for my for sending off for a new V5 document. Other than that everything was great!

My new 1 series is mostly perfect! I stumbled on it when looking around on Autotrader to replace my first car. When I first went to see the car I had found a few scratches on the bumper and bonnet, Motor trust said they would sort it before I bought the car. On the day I was informed the painter went home early and was asked to bring the card back to get it redone. When I came to collect the car after it was done the front bumper was matte black compared to the rest of the car and the bonnet was not touched. The BMW 1 series was the best car I could afford at the time as I’m 19 years old.

Motortrust were local to me. When we looked around the showroom Carl was great, he was friendly and informed us about everything that was going on. Every time I rang up they answered and passed me on to the correct people pretty quickly.

The XC90 is running alright, the service light has come on a couple of days after purchase which was a bit frustrating to say the least. Especially as they said they would have serviced it before collecting. I have a newborn baby, so I don’t have time to sort it out or get in touch with them. I was looking for something bigger and you can’t get much safter than the Volvo XC90. With 4 children my Skoda Octavia was no longer fit for purposes.
