Originally we were looking for a hybrid, but then we just decided to go for a full electric. We found the Tesla Model 3 on Autotrader, it was the best decision we have made. It has saved me a lot of money on fuel, as I had a Mercedes previously, and it drank fuel. I was impressed with the customer service and the fact I rang at 9 o'clock and went at 5, and the car was all prepared and waiting for me. I'd give it 4 and not 5 only because of the delay with the logbook.

Absolutely no problems with the car whatsoever. What stood out to me was the fact that we were given the time and space to look around and not hounded as soon as we got to the car park, like at some dealerships I have been to in the past. We went on a nice test drive, and they were nice people.

The Crossback is all good its running fine, I did have some problems with the electrical system which I updated myself and it all seems to be okay for now, so I am just keeping an eye on it. I was also promised a call back a couple of times, but I was never contacted. Other than that, it was overall good, the customer service was good too.

Everything has been fine with the VW Touran since the purchase back in October. I can't remember the salesman's name, but he was very helpful, and based off our buying experience, I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

I was really happy with the National Car Hub. I reserved the car, and they did all the necessary work and sent me all the relevant documentation, and it was a quick turnaround. I know they were very busy as well, so I was expecting it to be a few weeks, but it was all ready to be collected in a week.

Getting on well with the Peugeot 3008, I was happy with my experience. I did have a small issue which I mentioned to the dealership, but they were unable to resolve it, but it is still a solid 4 from me.
