A family member recommended Reynolds. I bought a Ford Fiesta from there back in January. I thought everyone was helpful. Nothing bad to say now, I would recommend them.

Reynolds Motor Company was recommended to me by my son in law. They were good as gold, and the Vauxhall Combo have been running well.

The guys at Reynolds Motor Company were sound. Purchased a Ford Transit from there. They helped me get an issue solved, and ever since the van has been running well. I'd give my experience a 3-star rating, only because the mileage on the van was a bit higher than advertised, but other than that, I'm happy with the experience.

The customer service on the day of purchase was 5 stars! I currently have an issue with the car. I've contacted the dealership, and they have booked the car in to have this issue resolved, which is good, very helpful.

It was the first time I used the dealership, I only live round the corner so I have always been aware of them but never purchased. For my first experience I couldn't fault it. Harrison was great he answered literally everything that I asked it was great. The car itself had been valeted for me and I have used it everyday since purchase without any problems. Would definitely go back again in the future.

Everything has been great since purchase, done about 500 miles so far no problems at all. I have driven past before as I am local and decided to pop in. I dealt with Lee who was great, its been a good first experience.. I would recommend and go back in the future.

I came across Reynolds online while looking for a Mini, I liked the look of this one so went to view in person. I didn't feel mislead, everything was as pictured and described nothing had been hidden online. Lee who dealt with me throughout the sale was great, I will give him praise for not being a stereotypical salesman, he answered all my questions, I have no complaints at all. What can I say , absolutely amazing I’m so glad I got my car from this team at Basildon Grant was really approachable and helped me get the car I wanted with a far than perfect credit history. Ok Lee Randell was amazing, he worked so hard to sort any issues out and nothing was too much to ask. My original car I bought unfortunately had issues which RMG took back and sorted a new car within days , no hassle , even better than my original car I ordered I couldn’t have asked for better Would I buy from RMG again ? Absolutely brilliant car I love it. Grant was also brilliant, he was positive, polite and didn't keep me waiting. Any questions I had about the cars he answered for me. I have no complaints at all, brilliant dealership!

All good, pleased. Done quite. running how it should. Harrison really good, perfect. test drive, all was. no complaints. 5/5. Purchased an Audi S1, made up with it, it is a great car and already done quite a few miles in it and it is driving how it should. Harrison was really good to deal with, let me take the car on a test drive and get a feel for it, everything was ready when I wanted it, valeted and all that stuff. perfect from start to finish.
