I'm a returning customer, and the team was just as good as my first visit. I was looking at getting a new car, and I was looking at two different Levante's from two different dealerships. Ultimately, I chose to return to Essex Prestige just because of the first car I bought from them and how I was treated. It's great to know they don't let their standards slip.

They are truly used vehicle specialists! I have been looking for a particular Mercedes GLC for a while. I didn't expect a great dealership to be so close to home. There are plenty of GLC's on the road, but there aren't many with the specifications that I wanted. Some would say it is a rare version of it.

I visited Essex Prestige just because of the Audis that they have in stock and the good value for money I know Audis hold. I dealt with the majority of the team during my visits, and they were all fantastic to deal with. Definitely a 5/5 from me.

After a bit of thought, I decided to swap over from an internal combustion engine to an electric and give it a try. I saw an Audi E-Tron on their website and made the decision to book an appointment with the team because it was the only dealership that had the E-Tron available at a reasonable price. The salesman was able to answer all my questions before making the switch. I took the car and it's been the best decision I made.

I found a Ford Fiesta on Auto Trader and made the trip to Essex Prestige, which is about an hour away. On arrival the team were very welcoming and made sure everything was ready to go upon my arrival. Nick looked after me from start to finish, and he was fantastic. He took care of all the paperwork, and I've got no complaints.

When I went into the Essex Prestige, the Audi E-Tron had just arrived and had a few bumps and scraps, but I still wanted it as it had the specs that I wanted. So I asked them to call me after the bodywork team repaired the vehicle, which they did. Once I went back, I was in and out in no time. I'm really pleased that I waited for it because it's been a brilliant car and the body work looks like new.
