Other than my car having a recall from Volkswagen about a battery issue or something like that, the car has been everything I wanted and I'm very happy with my purchase. James was super responsive throughout the whole process and he was always on hand to help any questions I had about the car.

Paul from the dealership was absolutely amazing. He made me feel completely at ease and went above and beyond to help sort out the finance, especially since it was my first time attempting it on my own. He made it nice and easy. I'm giving a solid 5-star rating because of Paul's exceptional customer service. In fact, I've already recommended someone else to this dealership, and I'm happy to hear they've just been accepted for finance.

Alex, the salesman, was fantastic throughout the process. He patiently answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything about the Tesla I was interested. While I don't typically give top marks, I have to say that a 4-star rating is still a solid score. I've been really pleased with my Tesla so far, and it's been a great choice for me. Having owned an electric car before, I was already familiar with the benefits, but my dad's recommendation pushed me towards getting a Tesla.

Really happy with my BMW 2 Series that I purchased from Prestige Cars Kent. The team were more than helpful throughout the whole process and answered all of my questions. I use the car daily as I use it to commute to work and I've had no issues with it whatsoever!

The car I purchased from Prestige Cars Kent wasn't for me but for my wife and so far I've not heard anything, so no news is good news in my eyes. Both me and my wife were very impressed with Alex and Fraser who conducted themselves very well throughout the whole process. We were made to feel very welcomed from the word go. Hopefully the wife doesn't crash the car in the mean time but if she did then we would will be straight back here to look at the selection of cars.

I owe a big thanks to Fraser at the dealership for the great Audi A6. He provided exceptional service, which was a refreshing change from my past experiences at other dealerships. There was absolutely no pressure during the process, and Fraser came across as genuine and honest, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I've had my Lexus NX for a number of weeks now and I'm very happy with it so far! I've had no issues with it and I look forward to putting plenty of miles on it. I'm just waiting for a spare tyre from the team but then it will be perfect but 5 stars regardless.

Not much to report on my Land Rover Discovery Sport, it's been a great car for the time I've had to drive it. Prestige Cars Kent has been a brilliant car buying experience. Not once did the team pressure me to buying the car and in fact they were very helpful when it came to the paperwork. I don't live too far away from the dealership in Orpington so it's nice to know I have a good local dealership.

Nothing short of amazing! The Peugeot that I purchased has been great and I'm really enjoying it for the daily commute to work. I would happily recommend this dealership to people I know if they were in the market for a new car.

What a fantastic experience at Prestige Cars Kent! Unfortunately I can't remember the salesman's name but nonetheless, I was very impressed by the great customer service I received. The gentleman I dealt with was incredibly polite, knowledgeable about the cars, and always happy to help. I felt confident in his expertise and trusted his opinions on the cars I was interested in. I went with the Volkswagen in the end, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. It's definitely deserving of a 5-star rating for their exceptional customer service and for selling me a great car!
