I purchased a Volkswagen recently, and although I haven’t had a chance to drive it much, so far, so good with what I have seen. The car is driving well, and I am really enjoying it. I found the car through car finance and have never been to V12 previously, but on the day they did everything I could ask for, offered a test drive, answered all my questions, and were really friendly and polite. 5 stars from me! ⭐️

The service of the V12 team is entirely satisfying. There have been a few minor problems with the car that they’re getting sorted for me, but they have been really professional, and on the day of sale, they were really nice. They’ve kept me updated and in contact with one team member to let me know when I am able to pick the car back up. 4 stars; I would definitely give it 5 without the small issues. 

It’s hard to find good service these days where the process is simple, but the guys at V12 managed to do just that. I found them to be really good and helpful. The process was just easy, and they answered all my questions. I took the car on a test drive, and they were just really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it if you want your car purchase to be simple! 

I was very content with the Citroen I bought from these guys. I drove it home from the dealership, which was a 4-hour journey, and the car was great because it had no problems at all, so I was really enjoying it. I found the dealership via AA’s approved cars, and I'm happy I did. I was in a rush to pick it up, but it was straight in and out. The car for its age is performing great, the paperwork was all great, AA checked it out, and there’s no issues. The team were really helpful and did everything I needed them to do, so I would happily recommend V12 to my family! 10 out of 10.

The team at V12 is great! They were brilliant, and I’m very happy with my new Hyundai, it’s lovely. I haven’t put many miles on the car yet, due to working, but I plan to take it to Devon at the end of the month, and I’m really excited. This was my first time buying a car from here, but I know that I will be going back for my next car. I came across them online, went to get my car, and everything was just perfect, so I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. 5-star service all around. Big thanks from me

Overall, I have been happy with experience with V12 Sports and Classics. My Land Rover Discovery Sport has been a brilliant car, I can't fault it.

After travelling a very long way to view the Hyundai Ioniq, I was hopeful that the car was as described and luckily when I saw the car it was spot on. Straight away I wanted it! I even paid extra to have the seat protection spray with me having two little girls to avoid any unwanted mess. Up until now the car has survived and we are really enjoying it. I never give top marks to anyone, but I was that impressed. I'd happily recommend this dealership to people I know.

What a brilliant car my Polestar has been since driving it away! I'm very impressed with the sort of mileage it can covers on one charge. The team were very helpful when it came to setting up the Polestar app for me because I've never had a car before where you have to download something, but they were happy to assist. I got my car from the Hinckley branch and everyone was super helpful. So far the car is still doing me well, I hope it continues.

Honestly I couldn't recommend asking for Shaun enough! He was a great gentleman to buy a car from and he sold me a really reliable car. I was left with no hidden surprises when I drove away, so I can't complain. It was my first time using this company and I was very satisfied with how everything went.
