I was after a car but didn’t know what I wanted at first. I found the Juke at Cartime Nelson. I went over to see it but could take for a test drive as it was blocked in so had to go back the following day. The car was valeted and I pointed out a couple of things for me which they fixed. Bit of a delay in getting the car but it wasn’t a problem. I was promised some mats but I’ve not got them yet hence the score. Grant who dealt with me was nice enough, he did well.

The Kia is getting along alright, The sales person was really helpful and patient. Everything was really easy to sort out, and we got the car the next day.

The Audi is great, I am really enjoying it! What stood out to me the most is how welcoming the service was. Everything was just really smooth and easy, they showed me all the service history, let me look around the car and let me take it for a test drive.

Bought my Skoda back in March and I'm still enjoying it, there is a squeaking noise from the suspension which I'm going to get checked out, but not something I blame Cartime for at all. The service I received whilst buying from them was good, all done really quick and I would go back again as I found it a good deal too.

Good dealership. Car did have some light scratches on when I viewed it but these were resolved before I picked the car up. Shame there was no money off for being a cash buyer.

My initial dealings the dealer and the sales guy Mo have been great, he’s down to earth. It was quick process, well organised. I saw car the car online, made a booking to see it and within an hour and a half driving away. I realised afterwards that I left something in my trade in. I have contacted them several times but not heard anything yet so have given four stars.

I've actually sold the car that I bought from Cartime as it wasn't for me, The only issue I had whilst buying the car from them was they did a full service of the car before selling to me but unfortunately didn't provide the documentation regarding this and didn't get back to me when I chased them which was disappointing.

Good cars at good prices with low mileage! We really liked how Sam wasn't pushy and that's what made us buy this car. I have already recommended Cartime to others.

I came across Cartime on AutoTrader and found the car I wanted. There is some squeaking when I turn but I have taken the car to a garage for this. The staff were really friendly so I would rate Cartime themselves five out of five.

I recently purchased a Nissan from Cartime and it's been fine so far. I would say I'd recommend them to others in the future.
