My partner had a good experience with CarTime Burnley about 12 months ago, so I decided to go to the dealership. I bought a Kia Niro and have been enjoying it so far. I also had a good experience.

I would give my experience three stars, not because of the salesman, as they were nice lads, but just the process overall. Compared to some of the places I have been in the past, I thought it could have done with a nicer atmosphere, perhaps offering a coffee or a can of Coke. I was given a form to fill out and told to sort the finance myself. I think they could improve on a bit more customer care, but I am happy with my car.

Everything went smoothly. The customer service was spot on and I cannot fault it. We did have to get the brakes replaced. However, everything else regarding the vehicle is fine and we haven't had any further issues.

The experience was fine. We knew what we were going for, and the sales person really looked after us. He was really on the ball. The only downside was, it seems the brakes need doing, which isn't great so soon after we purchased the car. The car is for my wife and she's really liking it so far! Happy to give 4 stars, with a star knocked off because of the brakes issue.
