Getting on brilliant with the Suzuki from Cartime Bury, we did have a slight issue at the start, but they collected the car and had it fixed the next day and everything has been fine since, it had a full Suzuki service and everything, Shazad was okay to deal with a bit busy at times but we pulled through with the deal in the end. I’ve already recommended them!

I certainly would recommend Cartime. My experience was very good. The salesman Filippo, was very helpful and not pushy. He took his time to answer all the questions I had, took us on a really good test drive and the bit I liked was there was no high pressure. He helped us through the purchase. His communication between deciding to buy and pick up the car was great. He was there on collection and took his time to make sure we were happy. His aftersales was great as we had a few conversations. Overall very positive.

The car we chose wasn’t what we went there for but its what we came home with. We ended up going two or three times before we ending up choosing it as abit more over what we wanted to spend but it was also more appropriate to what we needed. On the day it went fairly smoothly and fast to be honest. Mitchell did everything he possibly could to get the sale, even helped the valeter to make sure we were able to take the car back home to Scotland. He did everything and more. We’d probably end up going back in the future when our current deal ends.

I've always had Audis and wanted to make the move to an electric vehicle, so the Q4 e-tron was the right choice for me. The car has been great so far and I'm really pleased with it. A big part of the positive experience was the service I received from Mitchell. He was fantastic throughout the process, really patient, and never rushed me into making a decision. Mitchell took the time to make sure I got the right car and the right deal for my needs.

My Tesla is ok. I would recommend the dealership however, one issue I had was a delay in transferring the car. It took two weeks which is a problem when you have a Tesla. I saw the car online. Paul dealt with me but didn’t seem prepared when answering my questions about the price of the car. Due to the distance to the dealership I asked for a walk around video of the car and when I got there, there was part of the interior which needed changing that I wasn’t told about but they managed to fix it. This is my first electric car and finding the switch ok.

I’m enjoying our new Hyundai. We knew what we wanted so popped over to the dealership and as it was coming into stock we put a reserve on it. The staff were great, really nice. Good customer service, it wasn’t pushy car sales just a pleasant transaction. Michael was great, i'd really recommend him. He had a very nice manner about him, not pushy, knew about the car etc. and generally a nice guy to deal with.

The price and mileage were pretty good to be fair compared to the rest of the market. They are also local to me so it just sort of ticked all the boxes. I’d been looking for a couple of months and they have a good reputation so felt confident. There was a little confusion on times of my appointment but apart from that it was pretty smooth. Any concerns I had were sorted out. There were a few marks on the bodywork but it all got sorted out as well so there were no concerns.

It’s a nice car. The staff were alright but we were delayed waiting the whole day getting the car prepared. However, the car was really nice on collection, we would definitely use them again.
