5, everything from start to finish was quick and easy. It has been fantastic and I'm happy I went back to concept car credit

Very good experience with Concept Car Credit, no problems with them. I’ve had finance elsewhere before but it was a nightmare. Concept Car Credit explained everything… really good. I enjoyed the process. As soon as I walked in they offered me coffee and sat me down and talked to me about what I needed. My car was ready on collection, clean and spotless. I didn’t expect to get the car but I did. No pressure sales. The lady who helped me was really good. I would go back.

I wanted something more reliable than my previous Vauxhall Corsa so went to concept Car Credit. I’ve not the best credit but they managed to get me approved. The paperwork was bit slow but other than that it was alright. I've recommended the dealership already.

I got my car delivered and I’m absolutely loving it. It was all very clean and Fetha was brilliant. He was lovely and really understanding of my situation, I’m forever grateful. All the paperwork was explained and the information was sent to me to read through. He sent me pictures of the car on the truck which gave me the reassurance I needed. At first I didn’t believe it, he did his best and literally made my dreams come true.

This will be my second car from them. It's an easy simple process. No issues with them. All the paperwork was explained to me. There are a couple of niggly bits that I’m waiting on the dealership getting back to me on. The sales person was good, made me cup of tea and the best part was that I drove away within two hours of going to look at the car.

I applied for finance and Concept Car Credit called me. It was super easy to apply which I was surprised at and the finance plan fitted my budget. They were very detailed, customer service was good and everything. They did everything for me. No complaints with the car.

It's all going absolutely perfect. I was trying loads and load and no one accepted me but it's been great working with them getting the car. I did the finance through them, it was a smooth process, very easy, no hassle whatsoever. I think it was Gareth who was on the phone with me, he was great. I was asking loads of questions and they all got answered straight away.

I contacted Concept Car Credit straight away after seeing them online and they showed me the availability they had. Everything was good at the dealership, no complaints really. I can't remember the sales persons name but everyone seemed very nice. The paperwork, rates/monthly payments and total cost of credit were all explained to me. I would use them again in the future as It was a quick process to get the car.

It was my first time getting car finance and the process was alright. The car was faulty when they delivered it but they repaired it and a few days later I got it back. Four stars as they need to check the cars before delivery but the lady I dealt with was amazing, she explained everything. I have already recommended them.

They are local, quite friendly so we went there and they looked after us. I got the finance arranged through them aswell which I found it pretty straightforward and it fitted my budget. Gaz looked after us really well, I would go back and recommend to family and friends.
