How fast the deal was done

The Vauxhall Corsa I got from Concept is all good and the process in buying the car was also good with no issues with good customer service.

I initially tried to get finance through a dealership but really struggled, then I saw Concept advertised on maybe Tiktok or somewhere online. As soon as I got in touch with them the bloke was welcoming to me. He made everything really quick and easy, even stayed late to help me out. I would 100% consider buying from them again in the future.

I purchased the BMW X3 by finance to rebuild up my credit score and it was a really good idea. I appreciated how Concept accepted the finance for what was a bad credit which is now working. Experience there was nice and easy, no complaints. Really good car, id come back for another.

The gearbox went on my old car so instead of investment in repairs, I purchased the Volvo XC60 from concept who was recommended to me by a friend. The service was brilliant; Keiran was very informative which helped me understand what I was getting into.

I’m really happy with the Tiguan, it's my second time buying from the dealership and I will definitely be back again! Gareth was fantastic, he made the finance process very straight forward. When I arrived at the dealership I wasn’t there for more than ten minutes.

As far as the dealership goes, I didn’t have any issues with Concept Car Credit. Everything was very straightforward, the time scale they gave me was met every time. I've had a couple issues with the Nissan, just had them diagnose and now I just need to send off the paperwork to the warranty company. There was a small paint defect on the Juke, I spoke to them on delivery and they said they will have it fixed at their own expense, I just need to get the car booked in for at time that works for me. Finance was really easy to sort out.
