Disappointed that tax was not included with car purchase but I'm generally happy overall.

Drive Green were absolutely fantastic when a car I bought from them had a major fault that no one could have known about. They instantly offered a refund or a different car. I had no hesitation in getting another car from them. They are friendly, professional, kind and respectful.

I would give Drive Green 5*. No pressure selling, happy to answer questions regarding potential purchases and they gave very good advice on owning your first EV - as it was in my caseThe car I originally went to see was not quite for me but the staff were quite happy for me to make that decision without any pressure to change my mind. There were a number of other vehicles which I had a test drive of and eventually I settled on a car that suited me and my needs. From that point on the process was seamless and a pick day arranged.

Whole experience of purchasing my first electric car was made simple by the experience and knowledge of the staff at Drive Green. A month after purchase I had a problem with a rear passenger door that would not open from inside or out. The problem was covered by the 3 month warranty and one call to Drive Green and this was sorted and due to be repaired tomorrow. One call to the engineers, no fuss, no argument, so professional

All went fine with the transaction of purchase. The only thing I would mention is I have had my MG go into a sort of disabled mode a couple of times (dash board is on but will not drive or switch off or lock or do anything). I called you guy's for some advice when it happened the second time and you had never heard of it. Looking subsequently on the internet this is really common issue. So my only comment is maybe to be aware of the common faults with the electric cars you are selling . That would give a really good all round experience

Had a very pleasant experience with the guys at Drive Green. Picked up a lovely Mini and will be going back to replace the Mini in a few years (or maybe earlier to pick up a 2nd EV). Reece was brilliant throughout and very understanding to our situation where we were moving house and needed a car immediately post move-in - which may have caused some issues with address verification on finance etc. While the finance did take a few hours to be reviewed on the day this is out of Drive Green's control. Happy with the service, clarity and car (so far!).

The customer service was very good when we purchased from Drive Green. Before we finalised our purchase with them, we visited a few times and found them to be very patient and relaxed, giving us plenty of opportunity to test drive and check over the vehicles until we found what suited us best. Overall all has gone very well and we are very happy with our new car.

Everything is great with my new car and the customer service from Drive Green. I would give them 5 out of 5 as I can't fault them. I have no complaints about the car either, it's my first electric vehicle and it works well with my driving needs.
