My husband found the car online and ended up having a look at what was in stock. He found Kia Sportage, and we decided to go down to have a look at it. We were after something larger as I have two sisters-in-laws who are 92 and 90 years old, so we needed something they can get in and out of comfortably. I also already had a kid and was happy with it, and I’m happy with the Sportage as well. I already have recommended Motortrust Lancaster to others.

The experience was lovely and the Juke is brilliant! We’ve local to the Lancaster branch, we thought if they had anything in the other dealership they could bring them down. Nathan was very good, he was polite and helpful. He helped out with everything I needed to do which was very reassuring when it came to buying the car, especially because it's an awful lot of money. I was looking for a small SUV and initially I looked at the Qashqai however it was too big and someone had recommended the Juke to me. I will definitely go back and buy form them again and I have already recommended them to other people.

The style and the comfort of the A-Class made me go for one. I went with Motortrust as they had lots of nice vehicles at the dealership! There are a few scuffs on the wheels I was told would be fixed when the dealership reaches out to me however no one has been in touch, I have not reached out to them regarding it. Louise was pretty good, unfortunately he was not at work on Wednesday and Thursday when I went into the dealership and I dealt with his colleague Nathan in the end. Hopefully Nathan buys Louise a crate of beer for finishing his deal Hahaha.

Motortrust’s Lancaster branch is literally at the end of my street, so it was nice and convenient. I was after a big car, and the Mercedes GLA was the biggest one they had in the dealership. The only downside in my experience while purchasing the car was the period of time waiting for the car to be repainted prior to collecting. Connor was really good during the whole sales process.

Motortrust have a quite good reputation in the Lancaster area, so I went down to the showroom to have a look around. The T-Roc was a small SUV which I was looking for, and the price was quite good, it’s just what I needed really. Connor was really good, he pointed me in the right direction. There were a couple of cars I was looking at and he was good at advising me with what he thought would be good for my circumstances (kids and what not).

The Evoque is getting on alright. When I went down to Motortrust to have a look at the cars at the dealership I found the grey Evoque. I’ve just had something start hanging off the bottom of it and the lights have stopped working, I haven’t had a chance to raise it to the Motortrust. Connor was very nice, helpful during the sales process, the car wasn’t ready for the when I wanted it however the communication during the whole process was great.

I was looking for a Volvo XC40 and found one listed on Autotrader and found the one over at Motortrust in Lancaster. I did have one issue when I booked a test drive for the Volvo XC 40 as when I arrived I was being told I could test drive another Volvo XC40 as they drive the same, I wanted to try the car I was looking at the buy, the sales person felt a bit dismissive. I’ve also had to chase the V5 slip to get after having the car as it wasn’t filled in right away. Other than that the XC40 is going great.

The Audi A1 has been fine. When I was browsing for cars online I found it on Autotrader.

We were looking for a specific spec of the Discovery with the 22” wheels, color and etcetera. We found that Motortrust Lancaster had the exact one in stock. Connor was very good, he made the whole process effortless.
