We've been getting on okay with the Audi Q5 overall, but we are having a challenge with the safe lock. Every time we get in the car, we end up having to try and turn it on several times before it starts. We thought it might be the key battery, so we changed that while we were away, but it’s still the same, so we’ll have to take it back in when we return. When we picked the car up, it wasn’t ready, and we were asked to wait whilst they got the car ready, although we couldn’t wait, so they agreed to pick the car up from our house. Joe was good, and I don’t think it was his part of the process. They did apologise when he told them.

Since purchase the car has been all good. I went for it as it was a nice car and it was reasonably priced, it is my first car from here and my first Jag. Everything at the dealership was very good to be fair, I feel that it was the good part of buying, the person that I dealt with was really nice (James). I took it for a test drive while I was there I felt that I got long enough, I would say I am easily pleased, I would definitely be going back to them in the future. I would rate my experience a 5, they were good!

I had the same car before, but because of a new job and the mileage, I needed to change it. I didn’t really want to get rid of my old one, so I just went for the exact same car again, just a newer model. This one’s a premium plus with all the trimmings, so it made sense. I came in on a Sunday, and everything was sorted on the same day, went through the process and got it done. I dealt with James K, and he was great, very attentive. The figures were a bit high at first, but he tried his best to get them down and managed to lower them, which is what made me go ahead with it. The only issue for me was the aftercare. I needed some reimbursement as I didn’t have the service history with me on the day and paid for it, but I couldn’t get through to anyone.

The experience at the dealership was good. Everyone was very friendly and there was nothing to complain about. I dealt with a young guy, and the lady who sorted the paperwork was really nice as well. They were all lovely, a really lovely little team.

2024 plate Mercedes GLE, and I’m loving it, I’m loving it. It’s my little treat when I want to cruise around, although I don’t drive it that much as I’m usually in my van working. Still, when I do use it, I really enjoy it But I’m actually really happy with what I went for. Especially with everything going on, the 1.3 litre petrol hybrid has been amazing, and it’s four years newer than the GLE I was looking at. Mine being a 2024 just makes it feel like the right choice. Can’t complain at all about how it went. I'd give it ten stars.

The only thing is when I did buy the car, in the boot on the side there was a part missing, it was the part that covered all the wires and that stuff, and I remember them saying they would sort it before I drove the car home. I then forgot to mention it and it hadn't been sorted. It isn't the end of the world but it would be good if I could get something for it. Everything else went smoothly it was an easy process I can't complain. It was Jess that helped me throughout. The car was all valetted and cleaned. I would still give them a 5 out of 5 rating.

With 13 service ramps, manned by main-dealer trained technicians using the latest equipment, our aim is to provide better service than a prestige main dealer at a considerably lower cost.
