I recently purchased a BMW 5 Series from Prestige Cars back in September. I’ve been enjoying the car, it’s great. There were a few things that I think could have been improved on the day, such as checking the car over, as I had to get the balancing done shortly after the purchase. Overall, I’d give it 3 stars.

Thomas at the dealership was really helpful and we were happy the service and the Volvo XC60 that we bought.

The Audi A8 that I bought has been doing well with no issues. The process at the dealership took a little longer than I expected, and I struggled to get in contact with them after the purchase as there are a few different departments. I think that is something they could improve on. Overall, I would rate my experience 3.5 stars, as the car is running well and that’s the main thing.

Sam was the salesman I dealt with at the dealership, and he was great. Since purchasing the car, it hasn’t had any mechanical issues. It is booked in for a few minor issues to be resolved, but other than that, everything has been good.

My new Kia Sorento has been perfect, and the customer service was excellent. 5 stars.

I came across Prestige Cars while looking online. I called the dealership and asked if I could arrange the finance over the phone, so when I arrived at the dealership, I had already purchased the car. The salesman was friendly and welcoming, and even though I had already bought the car, he gave me the chance to look around it and make sure it was as described. I felt he was honest and transparent, and I would give it five out of five. I had no problems whatsoever.

From start to finish, you guys bent over backwards to help me find what I wanted. When I had an issue with the car, I brought her back & you diagnosed the problem & then carried out the repair & the car was picked up from home & brought back the following day. Fantastic service. Thank you!

The whole experience was excellent - it was quick and easy, the service on the day was great, it was just a really smooth and easy transaction. I absolutely love the car and I'll definitely go back to Prestige Cars Kent for my next car.
