Car has been fine so far. Id been looking for a while and Wheelers had the car near me. I dealt with Ben & Harry were good. The car wasn’t ready before we went away which wasn’t a problem as I collected it when I got back but I gave a lower score as I had to chase. I really liked how I didn’t feel the sale was forced on me, they gave us the information about the car and how the sales process was. Showroom was nice to chase.

On the day it was fine. My biggest concern was the crack on the window which wasn’t completely fixed and on the handover the car was quite dirty which was abit of a let down. We weren’t informed about a serious recall which was a massive oversight but the salesman Harry was great throughout, he was helpful and courteous. Staff were flexible and friendly and I enjoyed the non pushy sales tactic.

The Toyota Corolla that I purchased has been good, and so was Ben, the salesman that I dealt with on the day. There were a few dints in the car, and most of them were sorted on the day when I went to collect the car. I would recommend the dealership to others based on my overall experience.

Our experience with Wheelers has been good so. We have had a couple of issues with the Range Rover Velar however, they have been fixed when the car went back to the dealership. We have had another issue pop up just now with the car, as the rear door handle motor has stopped working. Amber was great, the sales process was very simple and straightforward.

The Ford Transit is getting along absolutely fine and my experience with Tom has been all good.

She made everything really clear for us. I have already recommended her a Wheeler's to a friend who was looking at buying a car. The A5 had gone back to the dealership, and they fixed it. I initially went in and test drove a couple of cars, I was after something with seating a bit higher up. However, I saw the Audi and just through I’ll have a go in it and ended up getting it.

I was looking around online for a new car, and the Clio had the right mileage, was in good nick and was in my price range. Simon over at Wheelers was great, the customer service I got was really good, and it was just a lovely experience.
