Ross was great to work with and went above and beyond to provide a brilliant service. I was kept up to date with everything and never kept in the lurch. The customer service from Ross was spot-on. I could not be happier with everything that he did for me.

I recently purchased a BMW from Prestige Cars Kent, and I couldn’t be happier, everything has been top-notch. Joshua, my sales representative, was an absolute superstar. He patiently answered all my questions about the car, and his knowledge and enthusiasm were evident. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he made the entire process a walkover. Very much enjoying driving my new Porsche Macan, beautiful car. I love it so much! I honest do not have one complaint. The staff were great, after a little confusion to do with the finance, the team did pull it out of the bag by getting the car delivered to me in a very timely manner. I have traded in a Defender for a Porsche 911, a bit of an outlandish choice compared to what I have had in the past and I am slowly adapting and getting used to it. It's a beautiful, very fun to drive and overall I couldn't be happier with it. The customer service from Paul was bob on. Fantastic dealership and experience start to finish.

Prestige Cars Kent are great, the staff there are very knowledgeable, and really do help you the best they can in finding the perfect car for you,.Joshua helped us and he was a credit to the dealership he works for. We bought a Volvo XC40 and its a great car, I'm currently away with work, so my mother has been using and worry shes liking it to much, I wont get it back when return.

Everything is going really well with my new T-Roc, the car is great and the service was to match. The only thing which could have been better is there were a couple delays from double bookings so I was about an hour behind schedule to get home, not a massive issue and overall, everything has been really good, I would defiantly use Prestige Cars Kent again and would recommend them to anyone.

Overall, I am happy with the XC40 I got from Prestige Cars Kent, I am not massively into cars, they are a means to an end, this one gets me from A to B so it does everything I need it too. The customer service has been really good with Assaf and Daisy, a couple of little discrepancies post sale, little things with my old car finance and the tax, the accounts team have all this in hand and are sorting this out for me currently.

James at Prestige Cars Kent helped me in buying my Range Rover and the whole experience was great. James was Helpful and polite and knew allot about the cars, which really helped me make my decision. If I was to really had to scrutinise the whole journey with them, I would say the time management at the start was the only issue, I felt things could have gone allot quicker. Or I was just really excited about the car. Either way its not a biggy, I would return if I am in need of another car one day.
