As buying cars go, everything was pretty straightforward. I found the Honda CR-V on eBay and when I saw my bid had won, I was quick to go and collect it. I arrived, and the car was ready for me to drive off once I signed the paperwork. I never give top marks but I can't fault the process.

Originally I had enquired about an Audi but I ended up driving away in a Mercedes and I love it ❤️ The dealership isn't the closest to where I live in Leeds, but the team was very detailed about the car before I made the trip up. It's been refreshing to know there are dealerships out there that are honest.

I'm not sure how the Range Rover is getting on as I purchased it for a customer but the team at Essex Prestige has been spot on. They were quick to answer all my questions and arrange delivery straight to the customer. I've not heard anything bad from my customer, so no news is good news!

Despite living an hour and a half away, it was worth the trip. The Tesla I purchased has been brilliant. I picked it up on Sunday and didn't have much time to inspect it thoroughly, but I'm already very pleased with its condition. I can't take anything away from the team because, as soon as I picked up the phone a member of the team were quick to help.

I couldn't be happier with my Mercedes C-Class because the moment I saw the body kit on the car, I knew that I'd be taking it home. Thank you to the sales team for all of their time and patience. Not once did I feel any pressure to get the car, I was allowed to look around it at my own pace and for as long as I wanted. Everything was on point, and I've got no complaints.

As a returning customer I can safely say that Essex Prestige is a great company to get a car from! On this occasion, I went for the Audi Q5 and for the time I've owned it, it's been brilliant. Fab car and fab service. Nick was ace. It was a simple process. I called the day before, we turned up, and Nick gave me the keys. My dad and I checked out the car and took it for a drive. We came back, and I got to see all the documents and the service history. I was happy, so we went ahead and bought the Mercedes. It was really quick and simple.
