Car is ok but there was an issue that the dealer sorted. Nothing wrong with the purchase. The salesman Mohammed said he was going to do a ceramic coat. Not sure if its been done, I took their word for it. We emailed the Mohammed but not had a response. They could explain things better. The car price was very nice and I would buy another car from them and recommend them to anyone.

It was a really good experience overall. Asam was a really nice guy and made sure that everything went smoothly. I went to purchase the car in the morning and drove it home that afternoon.

The T-Roc is perfect! I have driven past Cartime many times because they are local to me, I found the car online so decided to go and have a look. Asam who I dealt with was really informative, he was a nice chap!

I was looking for cars for my daughters first. I spent hours online looking and found the best deal was with Cartime. They were based quite a few miles from us and yet were great at sending a video, doing a walk around and were really responsive to our communications and questions. We went with them because we thought they offered the best value and my daughter is really happy with the car.

Cartime had the Hyundai Tucson that we wanted so we decided to buy from them. I am finding the car is a little under powered but I am putting this down to the fact we have moved from a diesel. I was happy with the customer service as Asam was nice.

The car is generally fine. It's got a small issue with the brakes, the car feels a bit funny and when I got the car it came with one bald tire. I got the tire replaced under the 30-day guarantee, however it was hard to get it booked in. I found the Mercedes E-Class on Autotrader, it had a nice color and really good spec!

The Audi A3 is good. I was really pleased with the whole experience at Cartime over in Bury.

Couldn’t fault the service, I can't thank them enough. They were very polite & pleasant. I wanted electric, it's brilliant. The Nelson branch had the MG X power model I wanted and the price was brilliant. I was buying one at the Rochdale branch but it wasn’t the X Power which turned out to be cheaper on insurance for me, they were great as well. Only thing is I’m waiting on a 2nd key fob which they said they will send. Cartime delivered the car to me the next day, perfect. The delivery guy was great. Perfect, quick process, I don’t see how they could make it any easier. I will recommend.
