Five-star experience

I love the automatic MG, I’d never had one before but always wanted one, and it’s made such a difference. Oliver looked after me on the day and we had a really good day. Nobody could have been nicer, even the girl on reception. I’ve already recommended the dealership to other people because the service was brilliant. Even when I had to go back to get the spare key sorted, they were amazing and got everything resolved for me. Nothing could’ve been better.

I purchased a Mercedes C Class from CarTime and everything on the day of purchase was fine with no problems. I dealt with Andrew, who was helpful throughout. There were a few bits and bobs missing from the car, like no spare tyre and no triangle, but he got those sorted for me. If I’ve had any issues, I’ve gone in and they’ve sorted them out.

Went with a Kia Niro. Looked into the Kia specifically beforehand and decided that was the car I wanted. It has been good since the purchase, and the experience of buying the car at Cartime was very good.

I was looking specifically for the MG 4 as it seemed to tick all of the boxes I was after, it was stylish, electric, mid-sized and well-priced. I’ve had a slight issue with the car since owning it were had to take it to a MG dealer because It broke down on a car park and stranded me for a couple hours but that’s all sorted now. Moncef over at Cartime Rochdale was really good.

The process of buying the Q4 E-tron from Cartime was totally fine. I’ve had a small issues with the car not charging at the proper speeds and had to take it back to the dealers to get the issues resolved but it’s all fixed now. The communication could be better during the after sales as the communication during the sale was great.

Really happy with the Ford Kuga, it's our first hybrid and quite different from the last car i have so can say the fuel consumption is much better. The service we received from Gareth was perfect, he was polite got straight to the point and you know no messing about. Everything got turned around quickly and had the car within 4 days.

Mohammad was really helpful throughout the experience. What I really liked is that they were able to communicate with me via email rather than phone. The car is running perfectly fine.

The car itself has been spot on. There was just a few things needed sorting with the car such as a mark on the door and a tyre needing replacing which I felt Cartime could have been a little more helpful in resolving. But it was generally a standard car buying experience.
