I was treated well from walking to getting my car. I was not mithered at all. John (Purcell) was funny, chatty but professional throughout. Answered all questions thoroughly and went through everything. So thank you John. And, I'm happy wit my car.

John was helpful in answering all my questions, and the MG has been getting me from A to B, which is the main thing.

The car is alright, there is an oil leak and it appears the washers are blocked though, I'll be giving Cartime a call about it shortly. Apart from the issues, I do love the car it's brilliant. I can't fault the service I received at all, I'm just knocking a star off due to the car issues.

I would give Mohammad a 5-star rating as he did his best to help me throughout the process. I needed the car quickly, and there was a bit of work to be done before I could collect it. I explained my situation, and he did a lot of pushing and chasing to make sure I got the car on time. Since then, I haven’t had any issues with the car.

I recently bought a Toyota Yaris from Cartime Rochdale back in September. Everything went well with the service, and Mohammad was more than helpful. I am still waiting for the parcel shelf, so overall I would give it a 4 out of 5.

I'm doing alright with the car, but I didn't know the car didn't have air conditioning. I am enjoying it though.

The car's been fine overall although I’ve recently noticed an occasional issue with the accelerator jerking slightly, so I’ll need to have that checked out. I’ve reduced my rating mainly due to the waiting times at the dealership which were longer than I’d expected.
